Complained but ProbikeKit respose was excellent
I went with the express delivery and paid more as it said it would arrive in 2-3 bus days which would have been 28th or 29 Mar
I needed the articles by 3 April as I am going OS BUT the delivery is now scheduled for 6 APRIL!
Update
HOWEVER the parcel although late, did arrive prior to the tracked estimated date of the 6th so I have them in time and the response from Probikekit was simply brilliant hence my rating (which was previously a one star - Well done PBK

Mobile site did not work on my phone(Samsung)... Had to use desktop site. Prices good but shipping cost seems high for expensive purchase.

Ordered $1500 wheels on 01/0 and still don’t have it
I ordered wheelset worth almost $1600 on 02 Feb. No comms not until 24 Feb saying wheels on hold in customs amd they need purchase confirmation evidence. I have provided them my PayPal statement and they acknowledged receipt and they have “coordinated” with their courier. Still no comms / updates after that. I finally had enough, I told them to cancel my order as it’s taking too long. I was told they cannot do that until I “reject” when their courier reaches out to me so they can request return to sender and then refund me. I‘m fine with that but even until now, I haven’t heard from anyone yet. And I keep on asking when am going to be contacted but I keep on getting a reply to wait. It’s been more than 7 weeks now since I ordered and I still don’t see any progress. Tracking number still says “delay in customs”. And I just don’t know what to do as no one is telling me what to do. Im trying to look for escalations but to no avail. I saw a similar story here posted just a few days ago where his wheels is also stuck in customs. It seems this is a SCAM. I’ve raised a dispute in PayPal and will also look for channels to escalate this issue.
Edit: Hi Sam. You mentioned in your message on 29 Mar that I will get a refund in 3-5 working days. I still don’t have my money back as of today 12 Apt and no comms since your first message.

Fast and helpful response
Ridiculously high delivery charge I thought. They got back to me and refunded it and explained it was due to postage from the UK. Very accomodating. Will use them again.

I think ProBikeKit is a scam - Edit: is not
I think ProBikeKit is a scam. I bought two pairs of pedals, waited months for them to arrive and they never arrived and I never heard from them. I asked for my money back and was told TWICE that the refund would be made. They never did. After a few weeks they tell me that the "finance department" rejected the refund because the address provided was incorrect, which is a lie and a simple excuse, because the address is correct. Horrible experience buying from ProBikeKit, now I only have to take legal action. A shame, I really needed the pedals, I am a student and I had saved months for pedals for me and some as a gift for my girlfriend.
Edit: ProBikeKit contacted me after this review, they looked into the case and refunded my money. It is not a scam.

$1400 and no Delivery
Have ordered wheels, they are stuck in customs in UK and they say I should chase them up. $1400 and I have nothing to show for it. If o ever get my wheels I’ll never purchase from these people again and suggest others be very careful.
That's a lovely answer for this forum but now their answer say's I have to pay more to get them through customs. Is this a Joke or just a Scam? When you buy overseas for an advertised price, should you need to allow for customs costs. I seriously don't know what to do. I think I have lost $1400.00
