Lack of communication and approval process:

I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I made updates to my order, but they were not acknowledged, and the printing proceeded without my final approval. I would have appreciated better communication and confirmation before the order was finalized.

The calendar printing and quality is fine. The handling or shipping is me problem. The bottom corners of the logo part are all bent up. On be lots but not all. I have pics if you’d like to see them.
