Denim Boots
The boots look amazing and fit really well. The outer material is beautiful, though the inner lining isn’t the same quality. They arrived in good condition and overall I’m really happy with them.
The only issue is that one of the heel tips came off when I tried them on, and I had to put it back in place myself.

Disappointed customer service.
I ordered a pair of boots from this website for next day delivery. Followed the policy and processes, hoping the product would arrive the next day as I paid for this service. Needless to say the product arrived two days later. When I wrote asking for a refund on my next day delivery I was met with excuses as to why they could not pay the refund. The principal here is next day means next day- if you cannot keep to this contract - simply do not offer it!!! It was a total inconvenience to me to travel without my product. I will not be using this site again, until customer service conducts itself as exactly that - provide a service!

I returned a pair of heels (nothing wrong with them but didn’t go with my outfit I had planned) but I hadn’t received a refund yet. I dreaded having to contact customer support because my experience with other retailers has been a headache! Marie on the team was soooo helpful and communicative. Didn’t have to chase her for a response or update. She resolved my issue straight away and it was refreshing to have such a drama free/no hassle interaction! Thanks Marie!!

Have ordered from Public Desire a few times. There fast at dispatch n Parcels are wrapped great. This time delivery was really bad with Royal Mail, id received a message to say they had it n it was out for delivery. A lie it never came, then said it had been taken to a further away Royal Mail. Eventually I waited nearly a week for my parcel. I even went to complain at there office
