Bikes came quickly and were easy to assemble. They are sturdy, light weight and really fun. We had some questions and customer support were so very helpful and patient.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I purchased Two folding e-bikes from Qualisports. The build quality is excellent. Both bike had minor issues (bent chainring and malfunctioning headlight) I sent an email describing the issues and got a response with in a hour (Carlos was great!!) I had resolution with in 24 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Parts update solved with customer service help.
The customer support was helpful when I was repairing my friend's Qualisport E-bike. There was a part update on the electric motor that I needed to replace. They helped me and provided instructions to properly set up the throttle controller with the new motor.

Qualisport Dolphin
The ordering and delivery process was easy and fast. Packaging for shipping needs package straps to help delivery people move the heavy awkward box. The Box was fairly torn up on arrival. Protection inside for the widest parts/wheel axles would be good. Fortunately, I can work on bikes and was able to work out the kinks. No major damage.
As for the bike itself. It is amazing! I love it and have ridden almost every day. Everything is working as it should. It is so comfortable and fun! It is exactly what I was wanting and apparently what I needed to get back cycling again.
My only request at this point is some directions/video for removing/disconnecting the back wheel.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel you didn't receive what you were expecting. We understand that you purchased a 48V charger and noticed that the label on the back indicates 54.6V.
We would like to clarify that this is not an error with the charger. The voltage indicated on the charger label refers to the maximum voltage output that the charger is capable of delivering. In the case of a 48V battery, when fully charged, the voltage can reach up to 54.6V. This is a normal and expected behavior based on the charging process and the characteristics of the battery.

Prompt support
I've enjoyed my two dolphin e-bikes for a couple of years now, but when the controller went out on one of them, I was impressed how quickly support helped me diagnose and fix the problem. In just a few days the new controller arrived, I installed it and was back on the road again!

Qualisports responded to my inquiry the very same day and shipped me the needed part the day after. My old school Dolphin is as good as new. I kinda wish it would break so I would have an excuse to buy a brand new Dolphin with the extra battery.
