If I could give 0 stars, I would. Order was accepted but next day they emailed saying it was out of stock and I was to choose an alternative from the pictures they attached. I immediately checked online and their site stated 16 of original still available. It took 3 weeks of them ignoring my request for a refund before they eventually sent it. BEWARE. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

I honestly wish I had listened more carefully to the negative reviews before ordering again from this company.
Last year I took a chance and ordered a garden set from them - a table, two benches and a chair - and everything arrived correctly, so I felt confident buying a second chair this year to match the first one.
Unfortunately, they sent the wrong colour chair.
I contacted the company twice about the issue and it has now been over a month with absolutely no reply, no acknowledgement, and no attempt to resolve a mistake that was made by them.
I am actually the kind of customer who is very patient and always tries to resolve problems directly with the company before leaving a bad review. For me to finally come here and write this says a lot. I now completely understand the frustration in the reviews I previously read.
The most disappointing part is the customer service - or lack of it. There is no proper phone number to speak to a human being when something goes wrong, and customers are simply left ignored.
I’m extremely disappointed and have learned my lesson the hard way. I will never buy from this company again and unfortunately would not recommend them to anyone.
From now on, I will pay much more attention to customer reviews before purchasing online.
I genuinely hope this review helps someone avoid the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that appears not to care once they already have your money.
And please, don’t insult me by replying to this review offering me 10% off another purchase like I’ve seen offered to other unhappy customers. I do not want a discount. I simply want the correct chair I paid for to be sent to me.

Disgusting seller and customer service i never seen this kind of online seller he is cheating with customers. 1st of April order a infrared stove first he deduct the money from my account and than start making the excuses that this stove is out of stock and than he sent me different induction stove and offer 10% partial refund he is a big cheater. This seller is trapping the customer to buy the item first and he start making the excuses. 11th of April i returned the item to him since then he has been making the excuses. First he complained to trustpilot for defamatory.

Communication was great. Even though my product was out of stock I was offered the options of refund or wait for new delivery. I waited as I really wanted the product and waited approx 2 weeks.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered a sofa on 22nd February 2026 that was advertised as in stock, but a few days later I was told it was not available. I was offered several alternatives that I could not accept, and my repeated requests for a refund were ignored.
After weeks of back and forth, my money was finally refunded by Quildinc on 13th March. The communication throughout the process was very poor, and the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful.
In the end, I purchased the sofa I originally wanted directly from Swyft. Although it was slightly more expensive, the customer service and overall experience were excellent. I would not recommend buying from Quildinc. I have reported them to Trading standards.

I never received the product and I’m not even sure they actually had it in stock, as they offered to send me something different instead. I was told a story about delivery issues and that something had happened, meaning I would never receive the original item.

Goods ordered 24th Nov paid for. Incorrect item arrived and duly returned with their delivery labels provided by Quildinc. Photographic evidence supplied by parcel force and still waiting for a refund. Not a good service and not good enough. I would not recommend using this company.

Terrible business with really poor communication. They ignore emails and requests to cancel orders. Then threaten to delay potential returns as a tool to get their own back against the customer. Wished I had seen the other reviews before I placed my order! Avoid at all costs!!
