Received an email saying my purchase was out of stock. Was offered alternatives. Request a refund three times no acknowledgment no reply

I bought a chair and after I was told, it was not in stock. My money was not refunded. I had to buy another that was totally disappointed with the one I bought firstly.

Timeline:
1. Order Placed
2. Parcel Received.
3. Parcel Opened
4. It Wasn’t The Shelf I Had Ordered
5. Requested A Returns Label
6. Was Ignored Time and Time Again.
7. Left A Negative Review On Here
8. Quildinc Threw Their Toys Out Of Their Pram
9. Quildinc Stated They Had ‘Won With The Bank’ So Therefore I Was Telling Lies!
10. Quildinc FINALLY Sent Me A Returns Label
11. I Returned The Shelf That I Hadn’t Ordered
12. I Tracked The Parcel - It Was Delivered
13. Quildinc Tried Telling The Bank That I Hadn’t Returned The Shelf
14. I Proved To The Bank That It Had Indeed Been Returned
25. Bank Stopped All Payments To Quildinc and Refunded Me In Full!
Moral of the story: Don’t Mess With People - Cos You Won’t Always Win!!!!!

sent completely different item, claiming what I ordered out of stock and this was a replacement - I paid £90 and what they sent was worth £20. Requested refund and made the item available for collection, they stopped replying and no money ever received

Ordered 2 bedside cabinets, had an email to say they dont have it in stock after I’d already paid for it, they offered me replacements I said ok, what came was nothing like they had suggested, trying to contact them is a nightmare, their response after weeks and weeks was it’s what I asked for. No I didn’t. I said I want a refund and to send back the items can they send me a returns label/address , again weeks and weeks with no reply, can’t return as apparently they are having issues with this.(not my problem) offered me 10% refund. No I want a full refund…. Still no response. I had ordered this back in July still trying to get a response and my money back.

Saw some more items online and decided to purchase. After all there turn around is to die for ; like Amazon fast shipping. Wow, thank you very much !

The specific wardrobe I was after was out of stock everywhere, when i initially looked. Quildinc supposedly had it in stock, albeit for £100 more & supposedly delivery in 4 days.

Well, 4 days came and went. All I received was an email stating it was out of stock in the colour id purchased and I can choose from other colours. Well no other colour will do, inorder to match the bedroom, so I asked for a refund.
After a couple of days there was still no reply. I asked further for confirmation of my refund and informed them id managed to purchase it elsewhere. It was
even a £100 cheaper.

The replacement arrived before their correspondence.

Over a week later I'm told they've had a restock & sent the item to me. Ive said I'd refuse delivery so its returned to them & that i want my money back. They seem really reluctant to help any further & have made it seem like i have no other choice than to keep it.

As of yet I'm still unsure if I'll get my refund without taking further action.

Just avoid & save yourself money & a headache. Honestly the worst online shopping experience I've had. I wished id listened to previous reviews.

* They did eventually cancel the order & I received a full refund.

Ordered outdoor puppy pen was up 3 weeks and the gate went rusty contacted the company sent photos and heard nothing back from company after numerous emails have heard nothing on contact is through email as no phone number found listed very poor service 😢 would never recommend to buy from this company

Was told item not in stock so agreed on an alternative to be delivered then they sent totally wrong item. Now won’t reply to emails so asking PayPal to sort out.

What a disappointment in the quality of this wardrobe.
One door was warped, bottom panel also warped. Door and drawer knobs are metal and not wood as shown. Back plastic joint missing, so now have a gap in the back panels. Bun feet are not as in the photo. Back panels are MDF not pine as in photos. Magnetic door catches missing. Not very stable. Very well packed and colour spot on. That's about it. Sorry but not worth the money. They don't answer emails either.

The item was delivered damaged. I have emailed twice and still had no response.

An absolute shower. I ordered an item. The wrong item came, broken. I have a picture of the order as evidence. They just arent interested. I can't believe some of the good reviews here. I hope Trust Pilot are checking to see if they are genuine. If you want terrible customer service and incorrect broken item this is the firm to go to.
