Well organised from start to finish. Good communication due to delays with the pandemic. Excellent hotel with great amenities, fabulous location to the race course, door to door service with the transport and the race tickets where fab and better than I thought they were going to be. I go to a lot of race meetings but loved the whole package. Will definitely try this again for another race day.

David Hughes . My self and my Wife Angela thoroughly enjoyed Ascot 2022 and Racing Breaks took all the stress away. Choice of hotel the Sir Christopher Wren was welcoming, very comfortable are their staff were excellent. On race day morning Racing Breaks staff made sure we found our luxurious bus and likewise at the end on our fabulous racing experience. Thumbs up and thanks to Edward and all involved.

We have booked with Racing breaks a few times and even though some previous trips were cancelled/rearranged because of covid and team members changed, the service received has always been good. We had a refund for one person and that was received fine albeit with a bit of delay.
This time we went to Ascot on day 1, stayed in the Christopher Wren hotel and had coach transfer to Ascot where we had tickets for the Queen Anne enclosure. What an amazing trip, no issues and we had a great time. Thank you Racing Breaks - we’re now looking forward to booking our next trip.

For our numerous trips racing we have always organised tickets , hotels , taxis individually but for Royal Ascot we decided to let racingbreaks do it for us and wot a superb choice it was , from the initial booking to leaving the hotel on the morning after, everything was organised superbly , the hilton hotel reading was 5 star quality , the tickets came on the day we were told they would and the coach transfers to and from the racecourse were bang on time and included air con and toilets. Everybody on the racingbreak trip in our hotel was friendly chatty and great company , my partner has already asked can we go to the Derby next year with racingbreaks and my answer was a resounding yes well done racingbreaks for making our memorable Royal ascot truly unforgettable

Friends and my wife and I are just back from a great experience at Royal Ascot through Racing Breaks. The hotel (Village Farnborough) was excellent as were all the arrangements made by William and his colleagues. It's so much easier when someone else takes the strain and you're not fighting for a seat on a train. Well worth the money and recommended. We shall use them again!

Booking with Racing Breaks has been the easiest experience I’ve had booking a race day, usually go to a race meeting about once a month and book direct with courses and hotels, but as this is a special day I thought I’d use this site. As a first time user it’s been excellent

Had a great day at Royal Ascot on Saturday, thanks to Racing Breaks. The tickets to Queen Anne Enclosure gave us fantastic views of the Parade Ring, and the Race Finish. There was a brilliant selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. We had a fantastic day out

Stayed at the christhoper wren Hotel which went beyond our expectations. Hotel to ascot by coach was smooth and very professional. Tickets for ascot arrived by email and very easy to use. Great day out will use again.

Excellent customer service. After having a nightmare with Viagogo this week over a ticket to Ascot RacingBreaks we’re a breath of fresh air. Order fulfilled within a day with just what I wanted and a great day out was had.

Just got back from royal ascot ladies day hotel was amazing tickets on time for the queen Ann’s enclosure even picked up from the hotel and dropped off after the racing big thank you to racing breaks will be booking up again

Avoid this company they are just scam artists I booked a 2 night break at Hilton Reading on the 2nd day we was going to ascot When I received my itinerary it said I had booked 1 night . I emailed them saying how can that be possible you are not allowed to check in till 3 and the coach leaves at 10.30 for ascot . There reply was you only booked 1 night you go to hotel early Tuesday and leave your bags there and get ready there. Even though I had printed the original break which clearly states 2 nights and the dates . They are a joke please avoid .

Very impressed so far! Response to my original request was quick and detailed. My follow up phone call was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Needless to say I booked the ARC weekend, if the trip is handled as well it will be a great experience.

Dealing with racing breaks to book our family holiday to Dubai and to watch the Dubai World Cup has been amazing. We gave William who has been looking after our booking a budget to stick to which he has. He’s come through with everything we have asked giving us advice on what is best for us and has even booked us excursions which aren’t on the racing breaks website, which is half the price than booking direct with a company in Dubai. We have just paid our deposit and received a confirmation email straight away, we now can’t wait for our holiday next year. ❤️🐎❤️🐎😎

Had another enjoyable 2 day Racing Break for the Cheltenham 2022 festival despite the Wednesday being a poor weather, rained all day. Only down side was the hotel being Stratford Manor in Stratford Upon Avon which claims to be 4 star but it is just about 3 star at best. The room looked tired and the bathroom out of date with poor fittings. The food was OK but on the first night of 3 and the first day of breakfast the staff were running behind and food was served late and in dribs and drabs. The service improved from then after. All the staff were very friendly and helpful which was a plus. Every evening after return from the racecourse the fobs to our rooms did not work, this was the case with many others as well. Reception had to reprogram the fobs, most annoying. I recommend Racing Breaks as this was my second trip with them but would not go on a trip that included the Stratford Manor. Previous trip we stayed with Racing Breaks was at the Celtic Manor in Wales which was top class.

Booked the Grand National racing trip and everything was easy , hotel and transfers spot on all just flowed with ease and really enjoyed our trip

Still waiting for a refund of £3475 from the grand national 2021 they don’t answer phone calls the reply to my emails just say they will look into this for me then hear nothing I was told I would receive my refund of on the 8th of January 22 still had nothing avoid using this company. they can’t help you enough when booking but now they don’t want to know.
Have no option now but take it further with legal action

I originally booked a trip to Dubai in 2020, and obviously due to the pandemic, the trip was cancelled. In the two years since, I can not fault the communication, professionalism, and friendliness of the Racing Breaks team as to my options to rearrange and/or use the credit. We eventually went to Cheltenham and had a great day, and I’m now using RB again to go to Aintree. Their flexible payment options and great value packages mean you can have a really special day out. Highly recommend this team.
