Had really looked forward to this since booking last July. Up to the day of transfer, to and from Ascot,I was really happy with communication from Racing Breaks.
On the day the whole transfer was shambolic and chaotic Coach driver got lost - it was clearly the first time he’d driven to the race course - he stopped to ask directions and the agent on coach called the other coaches in the group what road to use / so we all got off and walked - the return journey was truly awful - couldn’t find the coach park (racing breaks did send us a map of how to get to the coach it was so small and frankly just useless) the agent on coach was supposed to meet us at gate / she didnt - tel number to call her was ‘unable to contact’ and she just seemed a little inebriated from her day at the races. Left feeling really disappointed about the whole event. Will not use racing breaks again

Just returned from a racing breaks to royal ascot.
We had a nice day but the transfers were shocking. The coach drivers didn’t seem to know the route and the racing breaks staff were disorganised, inefficient and on the return leg seemed to have over participated in the day themselves. There wasn’t enough seats on the coach, they hadn’t checked any names , people were on the wrong coaches. Surely the staff should be professional and not been at the event enjoying the day, like a guest!

I booked a trip with Racingbreaks. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information and promptly answering all my questions. The accommodations were excellent. Will definitely book again!

A first class experience from start to finish! Really well organised, transfers were very smooth both to and from the airport and the racing were perfect! Hotel was excellent! The staff we met were friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely use again!

Our trip was well organised from the start with good communication all the way. The hotel was nice and suited our purpose. It was great to let others do the logistics and take this thinking away from us! Bus transfers were on time and efficient.

We had a brilliant time, a very enjoyable and relaxing day at the races, good organisation. Hotel was well located and suited our purpose very well. Thank you.

1st time using racing break’s excellent service by the team in the hotel, ed was very helpful in the customer service team, quick getaway after the races hotel excellent food lovely nothing was too much trouble wouldn’t hesitate to use again nice to see a company give excellent customer service in this day and age mr & mrs nassau

Last minute hospitality at Cheltenham. Booking was easy, hospitality availability was checked & confirmed, payment easy. Racingbreaks were great. Collecting the badges & accessing the box was a shambles taking 2 hours (via the hospitality company not Racingbreaks) & this took the shine off what is likely to be a once in a lifetime hospitality experience. Food, hospitality & staff all good when we got there and in the end we had a great day at Cheltenham.

Amazing first class company to deal with, they know how to make your life easy and look after all your needs irrelevant of what you need, they have the perfect package for you. I have to give a special mention to Tom, he goes above and beyond every time. He truly puts his customers first every single time and a credit to the company, well done Tom and thank you.

Great weekend spent with RacingBreaks at this years Dublin Racing Festival. Very well organised event by the RB team and always on hand should there have been any issues. Hotel was great, close to the course and the evening with Ruby Walsh was excellent. We went for the Premium level tickets which were great also and you got a drink easily in an actual glass. Just checking the diary to book next year 👍🏻

Just attended the Dublin racing festival with a group of mates, we stayed in the Clayton hotel close to racecourse absolutely spot on. 2 great days at the races, one day we upgraded to premium tickets and were lucky we sat and watched every race with Willie Mullins only a few seats away. Really enjoyed the relaxed racing feel a leopardstown easy to move about get drink and bet compared to previous experiences at Cheltenham. Hotel was reasonable for Guinness €6 had music and entertainment on both nights, food standard hotel prices, chicken curry rice chips €20. But can’t fault racing breaks spread payments over the year, good communication in the lead up and everything went smoothly. Thanks we will certainly be booking with you again in the future. Peter

Had a great trip to Santa Anita for the Breeders Cup. Everything was spot on. Transfers to and from airport and the race track were the most important thing for me. Lord alone knows what a taxi would have cost to Pasadena from LAX on the Thursday evening. Hotel well placed for the track in a place with lots of nice places to eat. I'll be using RB again.

Husband and I went to The Arc race in Paris and had a great time. We were able to upgrade to the VIP experience and both thoroughly enjoyed it. We booked a couple of extra nights and Racing Breaks helped us to organise this. Their customer service was really good and our trip exceeded our expectations.

We recommend Racing Breaks to deal with all your racing days/weekends. We had booked with them but due to an untimely bereavement, our weekend was turned upside down. They did everything to support us and for that we cannot thank them enough. We will definitely use Racing Breaks again as our preferred booking agents for our next racing getaway. Thank you again everything.
