Really fast delivery. Easy to order, great service!

Fantastic little family run business. Part came quickly and fitted perfectly

Yet again money taken for parts they dont have and can't get anytime soon

They always have the spare Neff cooker hood parts that I need and send them in the post promptly.

I purchased a new door seal for my Bosch washing machine. No trouble finding the correct part as they have a clear and easy to use website. Great pricing and communications. Speedy dispatch.
I thoroughly recommend Ransom and will definitely use them again.

This is the best spares place, keeping our ancient washing machine and dishwasher going. I honestly think we’ve probably rebuilt our washing machine twice over! Excellent service and quick delivery.

Great and speedy delivery and parts are all clearly listed on the website.

Easily found correct part from website. Good price Exellent communication. Will definitely use again for parts

Ordering was easy on line and the delivery service was very speedy.

Very good speedy delivery and they have everything you need .i was very impressed reasonably priced too

The website was clear & easy to use. The item arrived very promptly and was exactly the spare I needed. Highly recommended.

Slight delay with delivery but when I sent a query, I received an answer within a few hours with an accurate despatch date. Part arrived safely, on the day promised, and I got a follow-up message checking all was ok. Part is perfect and customer service is excellent - thanks!

Easy to navigate website with lots of info.
Quick response and delivery

Easy to find the spare I needed, dispatched quickly and arrived intact. Fits perfectly. Absolutely spot on!

Freezer Drawer Replacement
Positive - easy to order and quickly dispatched.
Negative - Royal Mail slow to deliver 7 days. When it arrived the product is not exactly the same as the official part being replaced. It was 2-3cms shorter in depth but otherwise was the same. Given its minor I will keep it. However do not rely on the Compatibility Checker on the Ransom website as its not correct (measure it very carefully against the dimensions given).I'm guessing these are not genuine Hotpoint parts and hence cheaper than using Hotpoint.

Arrived very fast. Exactly as described and the part fits the device I ordered it for.

Fast service family owned and great product found what I was looking for here rather than the manufacturers store and it was well priced highly recommend.

Helpful website and helpful staff when i ordered the wrong item. Items arrived quickly and refund was prompt too.

Fast delivery and great quality so Happy to have my freezer drawer replaced !!
