Ordered a wheel, code and picture on website are the correct one. they delayed sending anything for a week and when something finally arrived it was the wrong wheel, they are giving me hassle trying to get a refund and the item collected rather than actually sorting the matter

Able to supply parts for machines that are well out of date. Spare part was exactly the same design and quality as the original. Well packed and delivered.

I needed to replace the front panel of my John Lewis dishwasher as the handle had snapped off. Ordering the replacement panel was easy and it was mailed promptly. Without it I would have needed to replace my entire dishwasher.

I think this must be a scam sight. No attempt has been made to send my purchase. Impossible to make contact.

Ordered four gas hob burner caps. Three of the four caps arrived in a parcel, with an invoice which said all four were enclosed, as does the order information on their website. I raised a ticket to query the missing part, which they then duly closed three days ago without bothering to investigate. I have now raised a second ticket, as I have still not received the missing part their system thinks I’ve received. Their non-human contact system is yet another example of a company that is happy to make money whilst not bothering about their actual customers. So much for the “We started in a bedroom…” spiel on the website that I fell for…

I bought a replacement shelf for Bosch fridge/freezer door. Branded Bosch, identical to the one we broke.

On the 7th September, I ordered a replacement door shelf for my Hoover fridge at a cost of £35.35 incl. delivery. After waiting for around a week, I contacted them by email to seek an update on my order. I was informed they were awaiting stock from their supplier and it would be ready for despatch in a couple of day. On the 22nd September and still no order, I contacted them again and was told that it was 5 days overdue from their supplier and will despatch within 1 day as soon as it reaches their warehouse.
I was given two options;
1. wait for the stock to arrive
2. cancel for a full refund
I decided to cancel for a full refund. They informed me that a full refund will be processed.
On the 29th September I contacted them to find out when I can expect my refund, they replied telling me the incorrect refund amount of £13.99 was processed back to the original payment method I used when placing my order. This is false and I have not received any refund whatsoever and when I have tried contacting them again, they have stopped replying.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They have not refunded my money and I am left chasing them and they don't have the decency to reply. I since ordered the replacement shelf direct from Hoover Spares and had it delivered within 5 days.
