Terrible company
Terrible company, and even worse customer service. The packaging was horrific, and my products came in damaged. They arbitrarily sent replacement products that I had not ordered and refused to refund me.

I have to say it really depends what you are looking for.
Though communication was a bit challenging, I did actually get responses from their staff.
And though my order was a small personal order for gum that costs $10 more a box from Amazon, I understand now that it basically takes a few weeks to get the order shipped. I'll plan better before I run out next time , as long as I get the flavor I ordered (which I did) and the dating was good (which it was), I have no problem.
I think if the shipping information could be a little clearer and not have to go hunting for it in links on the website, Customers would be happier.

Terrible! The reviews are not wrong, DO NOT ORDER! Wish I read these reviews first. They do not update their site, leading you to believe that they have everything in stock. I did a big order(almost $200). Took almost 3 weeks to ship. They told me they would send a free gift, which they did not. They did not email me to tell me that some of my items were not in stock and did not issue a refund. They emailed me a store credit for $45. I received my order, nasty packaging. One item was obviously replaced with something they chose. Atleast half of my items are missing. There is way more missing than $45 worth of stuff, the credit they sent me. There is no way I am using the credit, then I would have to pay for shipping. This site needs to be shut down!! I do a lot of online ordering and have NEVER dealt with something so absolutely horribly disgusting in my life. Oh and yes, terrible customer service when I reached out asking how long until my order was going to ship. I will be calling the BBB!

I should of read the reviews!!! Please do before ordering from this Horrible online store. First of all I placed an order in August, 2 months later I get an email they canceled my order, no refund BTW
Just a gift card. So I thought I might as well try and use it. They increased shipping to $24 so I ended up ordering some candy and grape jelly.
Now it's December and again with another email they were out of stock on items, so for $80 I ended up with a container of grape jelly and a bag of peppermint along with a useless gift card.
They are charging you for items they don't have and then forcing you to buy again from them? The Worst!
Terrible customer experience
My order shipped on Nov 22, on Nov 29th I checked in asking about tracking. They told it was delievered, it was absolutely not. I replied as much and they told me to check my mail box again...I replied it was there they then stated "THEN ITS IN TRANSIT". But they couldn't tell me where it was. Or any information, the customer service rep Gina was incredibly rude and sarcastic, since then I've sent multiple emails asking for help, a refund or to be resent to a different address. No replies. To anything. Terrible company, save yourself the headache and order from the actual good ones in the states.
FRAUD
Placed an order which took 3 weeks to ship and didn’t receive any receipt of payment or order number so I could check my order status. Order arrived yesterday, poorly packaged, and an item was missing. They decided to give me a store credit instead of a refund. So be warned that if they decide to not send you the items you paid for, they are keeping your money. I reported them to Consumer Protection Ontario, this “company” is a fraud. Also one of the item they did deliver is expired, disgusting.

This company is a joke. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.
Items took a month to ship, despite being told my order would be expedited on the second week, after I inquired about an ETA.
I was also told "Additionally, we're including a complimentary gift with your order!" - it was a 2 pack of Starbursts. Like 2 single Starbursts that you get in Halloween candy.
Not that I expected anything more than to just have my order arrive in a timely manner, but wow, they must think they're funny.
I am very disappointed in this company
I am very disappointed in this company. I order back Nov 6 over a 200 dollar order. When I message the first time they said sorry about my order not being processed yet and said it right away using a faster delivery method. Still nothing so I sent a message that basically calling them out and we exchange words back and forth , and they refuse to give me my money back. So on Nov 30, 2023 received my order and here are the following issues:
- they send me cupcakes that expired Oct 2023
- they short shipped my order did not include the cereal and chocolates I ordered
for a Canadian company I am very disappointed it
I message them with my concern and usually you get an email saying they get right back to you and I did not get one i am probably block.
It very said when you support the business in your company and you get treated this way.
so basically I am screwed out of just under a 100 dollar of stuff i paid for.
Sorry I can not leave a good review when you treat people this way and if your employees are sending out expired food maybe you may want to look at the situation

Ordered multiple items
Ordered multiple items, which included a few chocolate bars (around $7 per bar). Had a few problems.
Shipment came all in one box, with the chocolate bars packed loose with heavier items including bottled juice - so the bars were all completely shattered and destroyed.
Also, about $20 of the items in my shipment never arrived.
Contacted the Vendor, and they are not willing to do anything about the damaged goods (blame the shipper, however the items were never packed properly to begin with)
For the $20 in missing items, they did give me a virtual gift card instead of a refund - I have no desire to order another thing and even if I did, the $20 doesn't even cover the shipping cost of a new order. Contacted the vendor twice on this issue and they will not issue refunds.
I don't even think this is legal to just accept an order, not ship the item and just give me a gift card for the cost...
No refund while it was a mistake purchase.
My nephew got a hold of my credit card and buyed behind my back while i was sleeping. The order havent shipped or get approved yet cause i saw this and went to ask for a refund since it was an unwanted buy. I explained them all of that...
Cannot get refund only store credit. wish i could send a picture of that response....
So i COULD cancel it, but if i took that route i would have no money back, they keep the items and the money. While i get a gift card from a store i never intended to buy from.
Edit: I asked them to ship it still, not because i wanted the items, but because like i said above it was either that or i get a giftcard for a store i never intended to buy from and the clearly after all that anyone would want to do business even 1 time more. What would you all have done in that situation ?

This company is a scam. I ordered a product that they couldn't deliver after a month so they sent me a gift card and said sorry, instead of refunding me. This is fraud.
If you want to be scammed money then shop here
I never review companies however I felt this one I needed to. I gave 1 star only cause I had to give something. Made 1 order from this place and over a week of waiting I had to ask when it would be shipped. Finally it did ship and didn't receive 1 item I had ordered and also received 2 wrong items I had ordered. There solution was to give me a credit for their shop for the missing item and the one of the wrong items would ship with that order. Customer service is horrible. I don't need a credit to the store(don't ever plan on ordering from here again) and when asked to have the credit put back on my card I received silence! Not to mention the black death candy... advertised as 1 pouch or a 6 pouch. No mention of how many in a pouch. For $10.95 to get 1 pouch has 3 candies.. that's ridiculous and should advertise so people know how many they are getting for that price! Will never shop here again and recommend no one does.

mega ultra Black Death…
Ordered the mega ultra Black Death candy. Received weeks later after many emails asking for an update. Product received was not what I ordered these seem to be knock off versions as to what they were advertising. They don’t look the same as lack of quantity received based on what I paid. You cannot get a hold of anyone which should be the first hint this place was a scam.

Stay away
Stay away, customer care is horrible and they are even worse with lead times. For whatever reason they are all over social media boasting that they supply for the company I work for but we ordered from them twice. Never again.
Better off going to a Dank Mart or any other specialty store in Toronto. Or even driving to Buffalo to get American products. Would much rather go through the trouble then deal with them.
I only received half my order
I only received half my order. No refund and no explanation. I have sent multiple emails to them with no response. Somehow this company is getting away with ripping people off. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company!

Order never shipped.
Ordered Mr. Beast Feastables bars Sept 8, 2023. No delivery as of Oct 12. No response to voicemails and emails.
What does Halloween have to do with anything? These were ordered as a gift, not for Halloween. It took over a month with poor communication. Delivery only made after I disputed the credit card charge. Spend your energy on better communication and customer service, rather than on lame responses to poor reviews.

Never buy from this store. They are scammers!
Charging money for the goods you ordered, then canceling order and giving you gift card to spend on sh$t you don't need on their website. Even when i used their certificate to order at least something just not to give them my money scam magic happen again...not all items in stock and here it comes my new gift certificate!!! Unbelievable!!
Packaging is used amazon box...looks like it's came from garbage trash.
Never deal with them !!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH AND STAY FAR AWAY
In the amount of time it took for my order to be fulfilled, I had gotten packages from Poppin Candy and Candy Funhouse. My original order was placed on July 28, it was a case of lipton iced tea and a few mr beast items. They canceled that order and gave me a gift card to their store. I placed another order of candy, a 45 dollar mystery box that consisted of the spiciest Pringles I've ever tried(inedible) Sour patch kids lemonade that had all the sour sugar melted off and were stale, 1 fun size Japanese Kit Kat, 1 gas station pack of Starburst, 1 weird Japanese sparkling water drink and 1 loose hostess cupcake.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. there's so many other reputable candy companies and I made the mistake of using these guys because they had the lipton iced tea I wanted and entered into a month and a half long process of emailing back and forth with their customer service who basically told me it was my fault for not reading their policies. No other business or site has weird policies on refunds like these guys. Save your money and time and mental health and order from somewhere else.
Wish I looked here before buying
Wish I looked here before buying. Missing 4 out of 8 items in my order with no explanation and no inventory listing in the box. Two items were replaced by a different flavour than what I asked for. When I emailed I received an answer 4 days later saying they sent a credit and a coupon - neither of which I have seen. And when I said I’d dispute the whole amount if I did not hear back from them tomorrow which was just a pure tactic to try and get a response. I got a drug fuelled response about what a liar and fraudster I was and how I’m now banned :) I now assume I’ll never see a credit, so maybe I should dispute the whole amount! This company is terrible.

We bought takis and sour keys.
-we never got our sour keys which they they ADDMITTED and apologized and said they were going give us a refund of $140 +tax WE NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. ITS BEEN MONTHS! And ontop of that issue, we had a second issue in the same order of The takis came damaged opened boxes and just threw the taki bags into the box…and about to expire! We never received our refund, customer service was horrible.
We are so many reviews of other people experiencing similar situations. This is not ok
