I bought a rattan set from this exact location, run by one of the directors of a company - Brooks Rattan - which has been put into liquidation. This means that they will not honour the 10yrs warranty despite the fact they sell the exact same set (Champagne sofa set), at the exact same site with the same owner.

The product has fallen apart and I am left £1,000 out of pocket. I am in the process of escalating my complaints to the HMRC insolvency investigation unit so that they can look into these directors. Sadly, looking online it looks like a lot of other customers have a similarly disappointing experience.

Absolutely delighted with our garden furniture. We bought the platinum dining set last year with the large container ( brilliant everything fits in including the umbrella). Just buying the patio set for different part of the garden. Did a great deal of research and honestly believe it’s the best money can buy.

Ordered the 4 chair Rattan garden furniture on the 26th, was kept informed by all departments on where the table was. Excellent communication with the MD. Would deal with again in the future.

Just had my Tokyo firepit aluminium table and chairs delivered. Delivery was fast communication was great from all the team didn't have my table in stock but gave me a bigger replacement. The furniture is solid and looks great I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. If your looking to get something go to these guys.👌👌👌👌

We had done a lot of research into buying rattan furniture and eventually were recommended to Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd by our daughter who had previously bought from this company last year. It arrived promptly and we were very pleased. We would like to thank Mark for his excellent customer service skills.

AVOID Rattan Garden Furniture in Romford at all cost. What a terrible company. Money is taken at time of purchase and delivery within 7 days which is stated on their website. I had to wait double that time, no updates, nothing. £££s down and no furniture. I was told delivery would be on a certain day . . guess what? It didn’t turn up, it wasn’t even booked out!!! I had to ring to find out why. Lots of false promises and lies from this company. TERRIBLE customer service and no offer to make things right. Trading Standards have been informed

We bought the New Aston corner sofa with Dining table and we absolutely love it. The sofa came pretty much complete other than one end panel and the table was very easy to assemble. Great quality, amazing service, would definitely recommend this company.

We bought a 6 seat Paris Champagne dining set from Rattan Garden Furniture and are very happy with the product. Looks great on the decking, is very comfortable and was a very reasonable price.

There were some small issues with a couple of the chairs, but Paul and his team quickly resolved this and exchanged them.

The delivery driver was very polite and helpful carrying the table and chairs through the house.

Overall very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered the grey rattan cube set and was delighted with the end product. The process of placing the order to delivery was very efficient and with good comunication as to when the delivery would arrive. The cube set was sturdy and easy to build.

The whole experience was 5 star. Ordering process, communications and delivery were second to none. Above all the "Serena 4 Seat Cube With 4 Storage Footstools" was above expectations for quality.

I had been looking on the internet for a few weeks for a corner dinner set and been to a couple off local stores far to expensive and not what I wanted, I came across this store in Romford so we went up there on Saturday only few miles down the road, the sales guy was Dave we walked around and he keeped his distance but if we asked questions he gave us the answer we picked the one we liked and was sorted.

Following Tuesday guy called me to deliver but I was in London working so had could not do it but next week another call to deliver, had to store in my lounge for a few weeks as my pergola I had not finished but now it’s all in the fire pit was the only thing to assemble no problem but safety glass shield bit fiddle to get right was worried at braking it but all in now and very very pleased, now have sat out there a few nights and last connected the fire pit to the gas magic loved it, got summer to come and this is going to get some use highly recommended them and good price any were else would have paid £1000 more, one thing I checked every item over for a fault did not find one.

Would highly recommend this company. We bought a bistro set from them a little while ago, so we knew they were very reputable and the furniture is really good quality. We visited their showroom and were given lots of help and advice and eventually decided on the Serena Tokyo round dining set and a matching Ice bucket table. Delivery was really quick and a big thank you to Mark, who went above and beyond to get the delivery sorted, help us with assembly questions and provide brilliant customer service. Can't wait for the warmer weather now so we can use all our lovely new furniture.

I ordered this set and was surprised at how quickly it arrived, there was a mix up and the wrong set arrived but I can't tell you how helpful Mark and Charlie were sorting the mix up out. Two days later a driver arrived with the correct set, I'm over the moon with it, lovely quality, just need the sunshine now to enjoy it.
