Purchased the C6 outdoor kitchen. The delivery guys were exceedingly careful and courteous when delivering the units and offloading the same.
Unfortunately on unpacking it was noted a lighting unit for inside the grill was missing and the lights and dials were not working. I have to say Paul the MD went above and beyond to rectify the issue, concluding it was a faulty transformer. This was despatched immediately and the unit is now working perfectly.
I cannot praise the company enough both for the care and attention unloading the units and Paul for all his help in resolving the matter.
Would I purchase from here again- in a heartbeat

A very impressive company from my first call to Hamza in the sales team I was given help, courtesy and above all sound advice. I was given flexibility with a deferred delivery date by Paul and Jo and the courier kept me updated. Above all the furniture is great, top quality and looks good. Simple assembly of height adjustable table very easy to set up. Overall extremely happy.

Problem resolved super quick. Paul was empathetic from the word go, he did not question the fault, all damages were sent to him and he solved both problems efficiently and professionally. Excellent customer care, well done and the biggest thankyou ever.

Update: This company are claiming I am reviewing the wrong place. Still this item still shows as in stock on there website and isn't.

Ordered a product from these shows in stock for both delivery in 7 days or I can even collect today...

Pay your money, get an email telling you that it isn't actually in stock at all, while the website still shows in as "In Stock".

Want a refund for the item they don't have to actually sell you? You have to email them and ask them to cancel the order despite the fact they can't fulfil it...

Even when purchasing from a company with a physical presence is now the same Internet roulette as a non-existent faceless Internet only entity.

Gemma served us at the shop and she couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried! Unfortunately we missed a package of the table legs and I called Gemma a few days later and she had them delivered to our home the very same day! The delivery men were absolutely amazing and even set up my table for me at 8.30pm at night! Honestly could give more stars if allowed! Bought furniture Monday had it in my garden Tuesday and then replaced missing parts same day! Zero complaints and Gemma is top tier sales assistant.

I ordered a complete new set of garden furniture following a garden renovation project. A six seater Dining table, a sofa set and sunbeds were ordered after looking at various companies on the Internet. I dealt with Hamza all through and found him to be spot on helpful especially when I ordered an incorrect parasol in error. Delivery was organised however I had to change the date because we weren’t quite ready for delivery and Hamza helped me through to get a suitable date. Delivery was excellent, on time and brought through to the garden for me, they were big heavy boxes! There was a bit to put together on the dining table but it was relatively easy. The furniture looks great, well made and I’m super pleased. One small problem in that a pole was damaged when i unpacked it so I contacted Hamza and the new part was posted out…super service, in fact outstanding. Hamza is a credit to the company, so very helpful. Would I recommend…absolutely I would!

It was good to go to a showroom and actually see and sit on the furniture. There's a great choice of garden furniture and Jemma was extremely helpful and not pushy. I was really pleased to find a great selection of seats that I could choose from and found exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!

I bought a 6 piece rattan chairs and table to finish off I also bought the parasol . I had been to look at so many else where i never got help from the sales people so i use to come out the store with nothing. I went to the Rattan garden straight away the lady came up and asked me if i needed help i said i was just looking around she let me be then i asked for help i had 1001 questions which was not to much for her she was so helpful all my questions and worries were answered i ordered straight away paid and next day delivered i just wanted to say all sales assistant should be like Gemma she was lovely she really is a gold dust to the company i hope she is noticed my managers i will be recommending all friends and family to see Gemma or Paul thanks again 10/10 for service.
