Recently visited The Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd store on the A127. Having bought a Gazebo and 8 chair table and lazy Susan set , we couldn't be more pleased. The staff there are so friendly and polite and the customer service we received was 2nd to none. I can't thank the staff enough for their helpful, approachable and knowledgable service. Having experienced a few issues with metal parts, (small dent stopping the hooks gliding along the Gazebo track) these were exchanged and replaced with both Mark and Claire (manager) providing a visit to our home to ensure everything was up to standard. Thank you so much, we are very happy with our purchase.

I had been searching the internet for a very particular size of corner rattan furniture, but also had to have a rise and fall coffee table. Eventually managed to find this company just as I had given up hope.

Their online chat facility was great - quick to respond, informative and very helpful. Confirmed all my questions efficiently and honestly.

Ordered my chosen set, exactly the right size, style, colour and table functionality. Was delivered within four working days.

Absolutely minimal assembly required, literally only the table to put together; I had an issue however, emailed their Customer Services and within two hours I received a telephone call to advise me what I needed to do to rectify the problem.

Cushions are very thick and very comfortable, and I can confirm they definitely are shower proof! (Top tip: if you think cushions are missing off your order, check underneath the sofa and foot stools!)

Great value for money, very good quality and overall, I’m very happy with my purchasing experience.

What a cracking piece of garden furniture. I purchased the champagne kingston corner set, it's amazing. Comfortable and solid. I had a few issues with the delivery date due largely to me using the online chat tool which, whilst very helpful can not, even if agreed at time of purchase, guarantee delivery dates, I would ring the shop for any and all specific to you delivery issues! However a quick email was sent in and I soon (within an hour) had the assistance of the Managing Director Paul Brightman who swiftly got the furniture delivered to me. Top man, Top furniture. Top price. 100% Recommended.
