I URGE YOU TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BUYING FROM RATTAN GARDEN FURNITURE LTD. They do not give you a delivery date when placing the order, they text you the night before delivery and if you can’t do that day then you will be charged £96 for a redelivery (all in T’s & C’s). When I received my order I could see they had sent the wrong colour rattan set (very light grey not dark grey) so I refused the delivery. I was told I was wrong and it was the correct rattan set via email by Paul the MD. Here is a snippet from one of my emails from Paul ‘Your good cost is £96 each way to deliver and return and I have queues of people wanting to buy these goods.
I don’t need customers who just believe cos it’s the incorrect colour returning my goods.
The refund can take up to 1 month also agreed by you in the terms and conditions.’ He was not professional at all, to the point I felt I had been completely ripped off and left very angry and upset!!

The delivery drivers called when they were already in my close, if you miss delivery or refuse delivery they will charge you £96 for redelivery or £96 each way for a return so £192! Then wait up to a MONTH for a refund. (All in the T’s & C’s)

As you can see from my email from Paul they are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. Also they have at least 3 different websites all under different names but using the same phone number and email address which I found strange. If u read the T’s & C’s there are multiple things they will charge you for. Please proceed with caution and avoid them at all costs.

I have reported their T’s & C’s to trading standards. Cowboys spring to mind, I’ve since spent my money elsewhere and had a much more stress free experience, I suggest you do the same!!
