I've been struggling to find 2 chairs to match our existing rattan furniture for a while now but stumbled upon Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd on Google, I have to say I'm remarkably impressed, the quality of the chairs is of a very high standard. The communication I had with the company was second to none with Kevin being more than helpful, when I had a query he called me to discuss. Would highly recommend.

A lovely family firm. We're a returning customer, having purchased a dining set during COVID, about four years ago. They're exceptionally well organised and their level of customer service is very refreshing. I can highly recommend.

They were running a 10% off deal at the time of purchase, on orders above £499 (this I assumed meant the 'total' order); but the discount was not being applied at checkout as stated. Our order totalled just over £800. So I spoke with Nikki on their online chat service and she explained that the 10% was only applicable to individual items of £499 and over. Our 'individual items' were £269 each.

However, Nikki promised 10% off our total order as a thanks for our loyalty as returning customers. I got a phone call from Kevin about 15 minutes later who sorted us out.

The store has a great selection of quality products which were delivered to our property within a few days. One cushion was missed but a replacement was quickly arranged and delivered with no fuss.
