I purchased 2 hand-held devices (which I love) from Red Light Rising. One is the combo and the other is mainly for the eyes and face. Both devices are truly effective. I use the combo for targeting headaches, joints, sprains, body aches. The pain eases and, with regular treatment, diminishes. The device for eyes helps revive and ease tired or strained eyes. My skin becomes quite plumped up after using this light on my face. I find it also encourages relaxation and sleep. Dealing with Red Light Rising is an absolute pleasure. Placing an order and paying was easy and delivery was made in good time. Red Light Rising certainly helps clients or potential clients make an informed decision by way of their excellent hands-on service, marketing and product updates. Definitely my first choice when it comes to red light therapy.

UPDATE the same day I posted this review I was contacted directly by Bryan and I now have my refund credited back to my account. I’m happy that this is now resolved and although I am still disappointed in the time and effort it took on my part to get this refund I can say he dealt with it quickly once he became involved it’s just a shame he wasn’t involved from the beginning.

Do not trust this company with their 60 day refund policy. I returned my lamp following communication with their customer service department and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for confirmation they have received the lamp. Despite the fact I sent it recorded delivery and have proof of delivery. I am still waiting……

I bought the Wrap in July 2024 to sort out the soreness, swelling and stiffness in both hands (due to osteoarthritis). I have been regularly using it (20min each day for over a month) and the result is pretty amazing. The swelling in my thumb joins (both hands) has come down. For over a year, there was a small nodule (like a cyst) in one of my finger joints, and the nodule seems to have come down significantly following the Red light treatment.
I also started using the Wrap to sort out the pains in my knees, lower back, and right shoulder. Knee and back pains largely gone. Shoulder pain is significantly reduced. I will continue to use the Wrap to reap the longer term benefits of red light therapy. Good product!

A bad experience! Ordered a RLT panel following the HOS event, and was given a 8 week delivery date of mid-August. Only when checked in with a week to go was I told that we would be likely to have to wait until the end of September! Massive disappointment and such poor comms. Proceed with caution.

Fast delivery of a neat & portable Red Light device ! Pleased with it’s modalities and can already see the flexibility & benefits of it’s use.

My husband is amazed that the red light pad is helping his back pain. He has not had to take ibuprofen every night since using the red light pad belt. Fantastic result!

Quick delivery and very effective. It’s easy and comfortable to use. I was so impressed I bought one for my son.

Great product

I absolutely love it. I did a lot of research on red lights and I also bought a half stack previously from another company. I love this therapy wrap. It is versatile, I am not confined to one place when I'm using it. I have terrible arthritis on my hands and it eased the pain almost immediately. (sometimes I use it longer & more frequent than recommended when my pain was really severe)
Every so often, my Dyshidrosis eczema will flair up and I could never do anything with it. However, the therapy wrap also dried them up after a single session.
I also recommended this to my older sister who also suffers from arthritis. She's now using it on her hands and knees and lower back. She told me that it allows her to sleep every night pain free.
I've now recommended this to all my friends who suffer from arthritis. Sadly, not everyone can afford this.

Bought the half stack for my daughter who has been going through TSW it has been amazing she religiously uses it 5x a week and has massively helped her skin also she looses hair from her brows and hair line when she has had flares and it really has helped the hair regrow and thicken .l would recommend these to everyone as literally been life changing .

I have had for about two weeks , iam have some results. My eye getting stronger, I have totally got rid of my glass yet. My mood is better at times, I sure thinks we'll get better.

After Bryan’s response below I contacted him directly via WhatsApp and he has been very open and efficient at trying to resolve this. He informed me of a delay to the product ordered and that our emails had somehow ended up in their junk folder. We now have a new delivery date and I will update this review again if we receive as promised.

I’ve had the Target Light 2.0 since Dec 2022 and it’s been great, no issues with ordering, delivery, or using it. However, after recommending the benefits to my mother & father in law they ordered the Half Stack 3.0 in April 2024 and still haven’t received it and are being completely ignored by the company. We were aware there would be a delay as the website said it wouldn’t be back in stock until May. However, the email from Bryan (owner) straight after the order said it would be mid April. They have chased via email, I have phoned and left a message on Bryan’s phone and it’s been radio silence. Meanwhile I’m getting inundated with emails promoting their new products almost daily. We’re completely at a loss on how to get this resolved but the money has been taken (a considerable amount) and we have no product, no sign of a refund and no communication from Red Light Rising.

Update; since writing the review below. RLR team have reached out and offered to replace the item. Customer service isn’t dead you just have to engage with the right people. Fair play to them for stepping up their game. Thank you

Had a Target light for 11 months started to flicker intermittently. On 12 months I had a look at bulb holder fitting. Very cheap Chinese push fit wire connections. Neutral had come loose but was occasionally making contact. Pushed it in properly. Light worked for a couple weeks. Flickered again then wasn’t coming on at all. Just thought I’d replace the bulb holder. I did but didn’t help . Tried bulb in several other E27 fittings worked in some not others. Simply a cheaply made defective bulb.
At this point 13 months old ( with very little use) I reached out to customer service. They wanted a video of a light not working! I forwarded one. Whilst testing for their video
The bulb which had a very sharp point at the start of the screw. Managed to get stuck in an expensive light whilst testing. When I got it out the top of the screw was torn. Sent this picture too.
Apparently they are quite happy with their products lasting just 13months. And would not supply a replacement bulb . £100 for a bulb that last a year , you’re having a laugh.
Wouldn’t recommend. In fact I wish I’d looked on TP before ordering. Others having similar problems.

After a lot of consideration and research decided to purchase Full Stack in Feb '24. Bit disappointed to see from web-site that items were sold out until April, but pre-purchase option was available. Looked like good buy as item would be updated model and was being offered at discount due to supply lead time. Made purchase. Due to global / UK transport issues, outside RLR control, Full Stack was delivered early May '24. Have purchased several products from RLR over the past few years and again this item is of high quality and great specification, in my opinion. Would have been 5* but for communication. Sent couple direct emails for update on delivery but no personal reply; just regular Newsletter type general emails about products / /use.

So far so good... Preordered the 2.0 full panel. There was a delay in delivery which we were kept in formed about.
The kit itself is very solid and seems well built.
Plenty of comms on the the pros of redlight therapy and tips on how to use it. Early days but will see how effective it is.

Got the smallest 670 hand held lamp after seeing someone on YouTube had reversed their need for wearing glasses whilst reading . Thought I’d give it a go mainly for that purpose but also for inflammation as I teach self defence and my body suffers daily wear and tear. Had it for two weeks and can honestly say I have noticed measurable improvements with my eyesight ( I’m typing this on my I phone without wearing my glasses which was not an option prior to using the red light) . I have been using it every morning within an hour of waking up. I found it awkward holding the lamp in my hand so found an old desk lamp and the lamp fits into it perfectly and this allows me to sit comfortably when I’m using the light on my eyes and face . For inflammation I’ve been placing the light directly onto the area I’m trying to treat after a few minutes you feel the warming affect, I have noticed benefits and it’s something I shall keep doing . Well done Bryan good product 👍
