I found reDollar to be true to their word, and beyond.
I got an estimate for $1397 via email for 89.6 ounces of sterling flatware. I ended up sending 84 ounces: reDollar paid me $1398, about $30 more than I asked for on the form that accompanied the silver. Their responses have always been prompt and informative.
I wish I'd used them for my first silver selling experience: I sent 47 ounces (gross weight) of flatware to CashForSilver/CashForGold.com, after neglecting to weigh the knives separately. Their initial offer was only $137 for what they said (after I rejected the offer) was 34 ounces of silver. I dislike games and asked them to return it. After back and forth emails, I ended up taking an offer more than three times the original. I suspect that payout was still significantly less than I would have gotten from reDollar. I trust reDollar, and highly recommend them.

My family was clearing out my parent’s home to get ready to sell it and we came across items that were gold such a watches, old high school and college rings, broken jewelry among other things. Usually I would bring items to a local coin dealer or jeweler that also bought gold. While googling the current price of gold I came across ReDollar on line and could not believe the amount they said they paid for items.
I was very skeptical. I took one smaller item and brought it to my local people and was told they would pay $154 and the other person offered $168. I knew the weight in grams and then used the calculator on the web site and it said reDollar would pay $274!
I had to give it a try. I filled out the online form and redollar emailed me a shipping label to print. This package was via USPS, fully insured. Dropped it at my local post office and obtained receipt with tracking number.
A few days later I received an email notice that ReDollar Received my shipment. Later that day they sent me their evaluation of my item and what they would pay and it was what I had calculated. I emailed back that I accepted their offer and requested a Zelle payment to my bank account. The money was there in my account with in hours.

I told my siblings about this and they all agreed that I should sell the rest of the items using ReDollar. I did buy an accurate scale, ReDollar does sell scales too. We had mixed metals, platinum, 14kt, 10KT, and 18KT. Each listed with the weight and calculated pay out and ReDollar Prints the list to include with your shipping. There was an antique watch that I did not take apart and just sent it and they calculated the weight because the inner works are not gold. This Package had more and ReDollare Sent me a UPS shipping label and insured the package. I followed the tracking number for my package and received an email when it arrived. This time the total was $3698.48, it was actually higher than what I had calculated because one item I thought was 14 KT was actually 18 KT. Again I had the amount in my bank account using Zelle.
My 91 year old mother is delighted with the results.
I would highly recommend using reDollar for all precious metal sales.

My experience was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE with Redollar!
So i have all correspondence between myself and redollar to back up what im saying! No games here!… on march 28 I received an email from redollar after sending in the order and description of my item that my shipping kit was on its way within 2 business days so today being April 6, i email them as to the status! So i was then told to check my “spam folder” and this is after normal emails had been working fine!
Well guess what? I got nothing from them!
so i would not recommend their business in ANY WAY based on my brief interaction and dealings with them!

And the best part was their email to me stating the kit being mailed was just an automated response so i should have disregarded that! Lol what a joke that was… and very unprofessional! I would not use their services!!!

So i have some beautifully large alluvial gold nuggets of which i sent a pic of to ReDollar and they are I believe trying to save face somehow and very desperately by saying they don’t believe my sample is gold or Whatever excuse they come up with but if anyone who reads this and that knows gold I will send u the same pic i sent “ReDollar” and u tell me what u think!! Yeah id avoid these ReDollar guys because alot of games Played and alot excuses as well!

And i dont know what alleged “Team” it is that Redollar is speaking of in terms of 8 emails?
Oh maybe if they are talking about the one they alleged was sent to my “Spam” folder, and their automated response i was told to disregard so since Redollar speaks of this team,and they almost seem to be claiming they themselves sent out 8 separate emails from alleged “team”!
So here is my proposal, specify each of your so called “team” members names and contact info including email addresses, the exact dates of so called 8 individual contacts they are alleging their “team” made to me with proof of said! Such as they would need to prove their claim of contact! And by all means “Redollar” has my permission to post any and all correspondence between us and i especially am looking forward to seeking them! And their own web page states very clearly that they Indeed Do buy rough gold such as a gold nugget, etc! And nowhere on their web page is it specified that they no longer purchase minerals, ct

I had an old gold bracelet that had been sitting in a tray for many years and decided to sell it. I started researching and found ReDollar. I used their online calculator tool and found the gold was worth so much more than I paid for it many, many years ago. I did some checking into local gold buyers and compared to what ReDollar was offering. I was extremely skeptical of trusting an online service but their offer blew me away. As I said before the bracelet had been sitting for many years without being worn so I decided to give this company a go at it. They were AMAZING, they were in constant contact with me explaining each step. They provided me with the tools to make my sale easy and secure. They provided me the details and explanation of their offer and had money in my account in less than 12hrs. It really was unbelievable. I don't normally right reviews but these guys were so great that I thought I'd better let the skeptic's know this company is real and they are terrific!!!

Other companies will let you know how much they will offer after receiving it. With ReDollar you can calculate the pay out amount based on weight. Before it leaves your hands, you know what you will be paid. And you choose the method of payment.

They sent out a package to transfer my old jewelry in, and the day it was delivered to them I was paid 270 dollars for my old ring - never would have got that much from a pawn shop or anywhere else. Will definitely come back if I have more to sell.

As everyone else, I was skeptical to send in some old gold and silver jewelry. The local pawn shops weren't even offering a third of the metal value. Requested a shipping kit and I sent off my jewelry. I weighed everything before it left. The day they received it, I heard back later that day with an offer. So first off, one of my silver bracelets was not silver and they sent me a picture of it in their offer stuck to a magnet. 2 gold pieces I had, showed to be fake. All this was in a nice pdf with pictures. I was given an offer for everything that was real. Not sure how they make a profit, but I was offered about $15 under what the gold and silver value was according to a precious metal value website I frequent. Their scale also showed just a couple minor gram digits over what I showed. Made me calibrate my scale. Lol I took their offer and money was in my account maybe 10 mins after I accepted. I also requested the bad jewelry be sent back. I just received that back, at no charge to me, and all is good. I have to say, I was very impressed with the communication throughout the process, the offer for my jewelry, and the timely manner it took for the whole process. The longest part was usps and their normal operations. Lol I will use them again in the future should I get anymore jewelry I don’t need or want!

I am leery when it comes to money and the internet. I decided to sell my gold bridge that finally broke. The dentist gave me an idea of the value. I found reDollar on the Internet. Reviews looked very good, so I did some of my own checking. The company is physically located in the USA, which was very important to me. The website is easy to use, explains the process well, and they provided almost everything I needed to send them my gold. I had to buy the envelope. They provide you with a tracking number so you know when they get it. Walk you thru the process, which took days, not a long time. And they did a direct deposit to my bank very quickly. I give them 6 stars. They are better than perfect.

I sent items to other online buyers for offers. Redollar had the best prices at least 25% higher than everyone. Great service fast payment. Other buyers claim to pay more but it's just talk.I just declined a $2430 offer from a competetor redollar is offering over $3300.
