Good service, with prompt communication and clear advice
Very good service, with prompt communication and clear advice at every step. They did require some guidance from me on legislation and terms specific to my case, but in the end we got to a settlement for invoices that were over 18 months late for payment.

These guys did a great job
These guys did a great job, initially Roan and then Jack. A substantial debt that had been owed to us for several months was recovered in a matter of days and at no cost to our business.
Very slick, wouldn't hesitate to instruct these guys again.

Well, your mileage may vary, but I had a good experience
Redwood Collections made a good start, and got my debtor starting to repay his debt, but my experience is that after the first couple of payments, things often start to go pear-shaped.
I am writing this after the final payment is being made. Obviously, my experience may not be representative, but at least it should make you confident that this company is capable of persuading at least one debtor to pay what he owes.

We have used Redwood on a few occasions now to collect from our "very" late paying or customers who chose to ignore (we always try the softly approach first but after numerous attempts to collect ourselves, this route is last resort) but Redwood have always provided a great service and have a 100% collection record for us to date.

- further to my earlier review but the payment doesn’t reach you until the end of the month or even later. I have just chased them.

Efficient, professional & friendly service
We hadn't used a debt collection service before and were apprehensive as to what to expect. We worked with Jordan who explained the process and worked on our behalf to successfully recover our debt. We were very impressed with the way this was and handled and the outcome. Highly recommended.

I can only assume that previous…
I can only assume that previous positive reviews have been paid for, as they just don’t align with the woeful state of this company.
Instructed to collect a debt well over a year ago. No communication or updates.
When I left a negative review on Google, the company claimed no knowledge of my account.
The company is now pursuing me for an additional £99 fee. What is this fee for?
Could it be I’m paying for an incompetency add on? Well it’s not necessary, the level of incompetency included with the original fee to ‘collect’ a debt is sufficient.
Avoid this company!
