The claim process with Regency went very smooth and timely. My Complaint was the company that was assigned was late for the appointment and did not have any repair products on hand.

I did not like that coverage that I had with AHS was comparable to that of Regency. Plumbing issue . Boiler issues. Burst pipes. What to do incase of an emergency when office is closed and it is a covered item. What guidelines to be followed explained to customers St the time of sale of contract.

Do not believe the salesman when he tells you that if they cannot fix an appliance, they will replace it. They use their opinion of the age of the HVAC, the stove, the water heater.....and depreciate it. Or if they cannot find the part they offer you cash allowance for you to find it yourself and fix. When you call in a claim they immediately start telling you what is not covered and asking questions. I have had other home warranty services.......all better than these clowns. When I tried to cancel as the salesman told me I could do at anytime I find out there is fine print that you cannot opt out until 1 year. I bought a discounted 3 year policy. I have it marked on my calendar the day to cancel and I just now there will be some other roadblock.
