Renew & Sustain have helped source the most competitive energy rates for our 48 sites. They handled all of the switch over in a smooth fashion. All good so far, but might not have prompted me reaching to write a review, and then...............
.......on Wednesday PM we had reports of a smell of gas in one of our basements. Transco intervened swiftly, within the hour, but condemned the meter. Joe at Renew & Sustain was all over the situation, providing updates late PM, and early AM, resulting in a new meter installation before noon the next day (Thur). To complicate the matter we share the supply with a 'sub-let' in the building. Joe has also spoken with them.......worked out a separation of supply......and calmed a tense situation right down, resulting in our neighbouring business singing his praises too. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

We would like to say a big thank you and your team at Renew and Sustain for helping MT Print save money by sourcing a new energy contract for both our gas and electricity.
We were aware our current contract was coming to an end, but we hadn’t realised how much the charges would go up. We had no communication from our old supplier and we were shocked to find it quadrupled, going from £1200 to £3500 per month.
The biggest difference was the standing charge, which went from 14p to £38 per day.
After speaking to Jay, he took copies of our old and new energy bills, within hours a member of the quote department Callum was on the phone discussing cheaper tariffs.
You and your team were very experienced and efficient, saving us both time, money and stress by searching for the best provider so we can concentrate on the business.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use you guys in the future and would highly recommend you to friends, family, customers and anyone who has been in the same situation as us and needing to source cost effective energy.

We had several quotes from our existing broker and from Renew and Sustain. Julie and Callum set out by asking the appropriate questions and took charge of getting quotes. They beat our original broker by 10% for a green energy tarrif. They were excellent at keeping us updated and with best choices available. Much more so than we got from anyone else. I was cold called by one of their staff who then passed me to a gentleman called Gary. I was given a "renewal" from my current supplier verbally over the phone (this turned out to be complete lies) which was far higher than what I was paying at the time. However, don't worry Andy, I know I can beat that price by going to market and dealing with suppliers on your behalf. A few hours go by and Gary came back to me giving it the "Great news, I've managed to beat the renewal from YU with a company called Smartest Energy. All sounded good so I signed up. As we get closer to the start date they then call me up and advise YU came back with a more competitive offer and they'd like to renew me back to them. I asked would I be penalised from from Smartest and they said no. Great, lets sign the renewal then. We are now months down the line and I'm being chased from Smartest and some debt recovery company and the YU renewal isn't actually the rates I agreed. Terrible service from a terrible company. I'm, currently dealing with the Ombudsman and would encourage anyone else who has fell foul to these crooks to do the same.

We worked with Renew and Sustain and they were absolutely grateful in helping us out. We had some issues that could have seen our business going bust but Joe the sales director was more than happy to help us out and saved our business. The team also got us a £12,500 refund back which we are now going to invest into the club. Very grateful for Renew and Sustain would highly recommend.

Been looking to renew my electricity supplier for a while now. After speaking to Kyle Parkin who had a wide range of knowledge which was very helpful. I got a deal of which I wanted to thank Kyle for.

Switching our business energy provider had always been a task we dreaded until we discovered Guy and Joe at Renew & Sustain. From our very first interaction, they took charge, making what seemed a daunting process incredibly straightforward.

Our account manager, Guy, was always a call or email away, promptly addressing any queries we raised. He was patient and understanding of our needs, something that was quite refreshing.

Joe, the pricing specialist, did a great job. His unrivaled expertise and fastidious approach culminated in him fetching us the most competitive pricing in the market. He was transparent about all the costs, ensuring there were no hidden charges—something we've unfortunately encountered with previous brokers.

This professional approach from both Guy and Joe prompted us to secure our contract with Renew and Sustain. They provide a superior level of customer service. As a business, we cannot recommend them enough. They've honestly transformed our perception of energy brokers.

We got contacted by Martin at Renew and Sustain last year about a smartest energy contract and was told it was a holding contract and if the rates drop we are free to sign with another supplier. Long story short it was lie and we are stuck in it. I spoke to Joe at Renew and sustain in August and opened a complaint. Joe phoned me and said Martin had been sacked because he had done this to other customers. He then denied saying it. He said he would speak to smartest. When it come to the contract about to start he still hadn't notified them. So i emailed smartest directly and opened a complaint. In my experience i would never recommend this company to anyone. I have a recording of the broker admitting he told me it was a holding contract. You would have had a customer for life if you hadn't tried to hold on to the miss sold contract. They also then sent a company called Pre Action to chase for lost commission's even though the contract hadn't even started at that point. This has cost our business £70,000 and is forcing us to retire a year early.

The complaint was taken so seriously that you didn't even open one with Smartest energy, it was taken so serious that Joe lied and denied what he told me on the phone. It was took so serious that even when i got Martin on a recorded call admitting what he done you still told smartest the contract was valid. Then in the middle of all that you had a company chasing us for the commission you would lose. If you had pulled the contract when i contacted you in August we would have quite happily signed a new one with you.
I don't know how you sleep at night.

We are a manufacturing company that uses approximately 700,000 KWh per annum and we discovered Renew and Sustain by accident, but it turned out to be a nice accident as they helped us to secure a very good deal in the current volatile and uncertain energy market.

We were already talking to energy companies directly and also trying to deal with a couple of energy brokers who did little more than apply a lot of pressure and add a level of paranoia and confusion to an already problematical transaction.

Guy Jones called us at the beginning of August to introduce Renew and Sustain and to see what our situation was.

We got talking and he took some details from us and passed our details on to Joe Edwards so that he could talk to energy companies and present some quotations to us.

Renew and Sustain proved to be completely different to other energy brokers that we had been dealing with. They are friendly, easy to talk to and not in the slightest bit pushy. They listened to us and took on board our needs and presented a solution that minimised our exposure to fixed daily costs when compared to other offers that we had received, whilst also being competitive in terms of day and night rate per unit.

We have just received our welcome letter from Danii Atkin.

Guy is now our account manager and Renew and Sustain are even dealing with the termination of our old contract with our old supplier so that there are no loose ends.
