The Renew and Sustain team
The Renew and Sustain team, particularly Joe Edwards, took the time to get to know our business energy needs. He and Dani even took the time to visit our factory even though it's 150 miles from their base. They then applied their expert knowledge and skills to our benefit. This has resulted in very significant energy price reductions in both the immediate and medium term. Furthermore, they were able to help us with our commitment to help us reduce our carbon footprint

Excellent service - would highly recommend
I spoke to Martin Perry when looking to renew my Electricity supplier. Martin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy (which is often the case with utility brokers) and was happy that I do things at my pace.

Great Customer Service
Julie has been extremely helpful and informative and has answered queries promptly. Both Joe & Julie have been been a pleasure to deal with and it is good to know that they are there to assist rather than an anonymous person at the utility company.

Great Service

Great company, very friendly and easy to work with.
After the wasted time spent answering 100's of calls from other companies all promising the best prices, Renew and Sustain came back with an excellent package. Their quote at this time of uncertainty in the energy market was spot on. They also offered to recover costs that had been paid on VAT and Climate Levvy charges that had been made erroneously.
The staff were easy to talk with and never pushy, they did the work in a polite and very professional manner.
Many thanks for the help in making it a pleasant and rewarding experience doing business with you.

Joe Edwards obtained for us some excellent gas, electricity & water deals. He was extremely quick in his responses to our questions. Additionally, he took on the challenge of finding deals for two additional meters once the markets became more volatile and secured rates that we were happy with. Thank you.
