I've used Reptiles By Post a few times now as my local stores don't stock Dubias! So far I've had a great experience. Love that I can track the delivery through the Shop app, and they arrive in a shor... Ver mais

Great service
Great service! Quick delivery. I switched to Reptiles by post due to frustration with a previous company where I would find about 50% of the live insects no longer alive in every order. It's very rare that I find dead insects within my order from Reptiles by post! I would recommend and will continue to order my live insects from you. Thank you!

Reptiles by post sent my order on time…
Reptiles by post sent my order on time and very quickly.
The issue arose with royal mail. It advised me that it was out on delivery and never arrived. My wife ended up collecting the following morning. Thankfully everything inside was good, however it had been whilst it was really hot this would not have been the case.
Will use you again.

Delivery was fine but I was very…
Delivery was fine but I was very disappointed with the size of my locusts. I ordered small/medium but they were so tiny I had to put the whole carton in the Viv and let them escape because they were too small to get out. I've never had such small locusts before. The crickets were ok but I don't think I will be ordering again.

Hi Christine. Sorry to hear you were disappointed. We do have size charts in the product description of the locusts, if you believe that the locusts fall under the size guide please drop us an email with some photos of the locusts at info@reptilesbypost.com, and we will put this right for you. Thank you!

Great company, I've been buying off this company for a very long time now. The insects are really good, fresh, healthy and a good health size I've had no problems with the insects or the company to come on time. I buy them on a Tuesday and I get them on a Wednesday or Thursday they keep in touch with me by email. Let me know when my order coming The price is reasonable the and the delivery delivery price is reasonable
