This started out as a terrible experience but that eventually changed completely.

Megan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!

The wine was supposed to be 2017 and when arrived it was a 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon. This was for a wedding that would represent when the bride and groom first met and dated. It was over $100 and I would of purchased something else if years are not going to be correct with picture. I spent over $300 and will not purchase anything more as you only offered a $50 coupon. I wanted product that was advertised.

Ordering wasn't an issue but FedEx didn't attempt to knock or ring doorbell when they were delivering product! We were home both times!

The bottle has a good presentation, the way you packing is safety, flavor is amazing, delivery time was exactly what are you says. Am really enjoy it

Gift item took far longer (6 days) to be delivered to recipient than I expected.

I was concerned about making my first order with ReserveBar after reading some one star reviews saying deliveries were never made and customer service was bad. But this was not my experience. I received my order 2 days after purchase. I received emails to let me know when it was shipped and later for tracking. Would buy from them again.

RB has an amazing assortment of quality liquor. Service is always top notch. They are my go-to when a nice bottle and high quality gift are in order. I highly recommend. <3

I was able to purchase items not available in my area

The order was packaged carefully and arrived undamaged. It arrived in a timely fashion.

I got what I paid for so there’s that. The delivery was the only issue. I live alone and in a decent neighborhood but every so often crackheads and homeless people migrate through. I mention this because I was informed upon delivery it was required for signature. To some it’s a good thing they don’t. But when you’re at work and your $250 delivery is “delivered” and you’re not just allowed to leave and get your package that’s another situation. I had to sit at work for hours wondering if it would be there. Yes, I received my package. Yes I am happy. However I’m not happy being told one thing and it being a whole different situation. Delivery could’ve been better with more care put into it.

The box that the hennessy bottle came in was crushed by the air inflated bubble wrap used to protect the bottle, and the box is decorative.

Love you always, whole experience saves me time, money, and convenience!! Only thing better would be you carry Wild Turkey American Honey!!
