Response & follow up to resolve my issue was great. The fact that the supplier could not provide me what I originally ordered was disheartening.

The whole process is not the easiest way to place an order. And, not very personalized customer service, to be honest. I felt like I do all the work to get the order in to you guys, rather than your employees trying to make the process easier on the consumer.

Service is horrible. Find a different company. Over a month and no delivery yet.

My first online purchase. I rarely drink, however on the rare occasions that I do imbibe it is nice to have quality products, purchased at my leisure, without standing in a grocery or liquor store feeling awkward if I peruse the selections

I received my order. Disappointed it didn’t come with its box or cloth. But I have it.

Well I was hoping for it to arrive before leaving on vacation (because order said 2/3 business days) and it arrived on that on Monday after we left.

Quite frankly none of the liquor stores in my area carry
the items I order, Reserve bar has the lowest prices for these Items of all the on line ordering services that I have tried.
