We had an issue in our flat with our main radiator not turning on at all. After failing to sort the issue we reached out to Nicholas and Right Flow early on Sunday morning. The same hour we heard back from Nicholas and he was able to get us booked in for the very next day. He quickly identified the issue and explained why it had happened just with that radiator.

Nick responded to my enquiry regarding an emergency plumbing job even though he was away from home. When he came to do the job, he was fully prepared for the two issues and got the work done quickly. He tidied and cleaned after finishing, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Nick identified the issue with the leak from shower handle as caused by the cartridge and booked it for the following sat and sourced a replacement shower cartridge and fitted it within a few days. He kindly returned also as I had some queries on the shower handle thinking it was too tight but it was a misunderstanding from my side
