We're sorry you feel you have had a poor experience. Having reviewed your journey, we can see that your premium increased as a result of an undisclosed conviction being confirmed as part of the validation process.
The correct information must be provided to any insurance company. We feel it is better for you if we check your information at the start of your policy so that if you need to make a claim, it can be handled swiftly and without delay. Had your policy been allowed to continue unaltered, you could have faced serious problems in the event of needing to make a claim. As a result of the increase, you decided to cancel your policy.
We hold an 'Excellent' rating on Trustpilot with over 10,000 reviews, the vast majority of which are 5 stars, which we are very proud of.
