Nikita was very helpful from the start(Email) follow by a quick response from Nikita. I felt important and happy to know that such great customer service exist. So sorry that it didn't work out with our chair purchase but I will have no problem referring Risedesk to my colleagues, friends, and families.

Shipping - The website advertised 2-day shipping, which was unclear. Did it mean delivery within two days, or shipping within two days? After contacting customer service, I was informed that it meant shipping within two business days. However, my order was not shipped until May 8th, despite being placed on April 24th. I only found out about the delay by contacting the shipping company myself.

Customer Service - After trying all available customer service options (chat, email, phone), I have found that only email seems to get a response, but even then, the response is sporadic. Unfortunately, my second-to-last email has been ignored for 10 days now.

Product - Yesterday, I sent an email regarding the poor quality of the product I received. The desk pad looks and feels cheap and the stitching is uneven. The rounded corners are cut unevenly and the desk frame is not as stable as the competitors I looked at in store. The cable management is messy and appears to be an afterthought. Additionally, the walnut table top does not look as nice in reality as it did in the pictures on the website. It appears dull and fake.

Desk was carefully packaged and arrived free of damage. Instruction manual could've been clearer. To set up the cable management tray, for example, you're better off hooking it up to the cross beam midway through the installation process, not at the end when there's no space to maneuver. Also be careful about the way you position the cross beams. They have to face each other. Overall happy with the desk itself, but the manual needs work. It took much longer to install than the 30 minutes RiseDesk had promised.

Fantastic desk with top notch and thoughtful accessories. Looked at multiple companies and chose Risedesk secondary to compatibility of the desk with my space, the intelligent monitor arms, optional desk top plug, and wireless charger! The Walnut desktop is beautiful and the desk preset heights work seamlessly. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Wonderful company and will use them again!

The chair is really comfortable and has good adjustability! Shipping was quick too. Highly recommend!

I'd been searching for a well-fitting and supportive office chair for a while and decided to give Risedesk a chance due to their satisfaction guaranteed policy. The chair was relatively easy to assemble and, after making the necessary adjustments, gave both the level of support and comfort I'd been seeking. I loved my first chair so much that I ordered a second one for my alternate office and am now enjoying that one as well. Being a small company, their customer service is not 24/7, but when I was able to connect with it their service representative quickly corrected a slight error I had made on my second order. Highly recommend.

Love my desk! I do think the laptop arm could have better instructions, it's a bit confusing to put together.

First, the chairs we ordered are beautiful and comfortable. Customer service was quick to respond and resolve an issue with a damaged part (it happens, a replacement part was shipped within a few days) and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Risedesk Team :) We will be making another order for office accessories very soon.

I bought the regular chair and it as an excellent office chair. Very easy to put together. Very comfortable. All the features work very well. I wish I bought one sooner!

The only issue was the delivery. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive and tracking through Canpar did not work. Poor communication around the delivery but everything else was great.

The desk arrived pretty quickly and it took my husband less than an hour to assemble. I love my new desk! Very solid and sturdy and attractive, raises and lowers smoothly even with drinks and electronics on top. A great price for a great product.

If installing cable tray via step 9-2 (hang on frame rod), then step 8 and 9-2 need to be done before tightening the screws in step 5 to the top.

Overall, the desk is good, but there have been a few issues with the experience:

- shipping times were about twice as long as listed on their website. It says they ship from Toronto, but it seems they actually ship from BC

- the patch cord which is essential to everything working was missing in my package and I had to tape things together for the desk to work. It's been over 8 days since I contacted customer service and they still haven't sent the missing part.

- I ordered the single monitor arm and it's wobbly. I'm returning that after some back and forth with their support team which wasn't able to troubleshoot the problem effectively.

I'm really happy with my walnut standing desk, I think it's good quality for the price. The delivery was delayed twice, but customer service was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Assembly was pretty straightforward and painless.

Desk is great, although came with a defective extension cable. Shipping delays were not great. Much longer than expected.

I ordered the RiseDesk Standing Desk Frame a couple weeks ago. After a brief delay with shipping, the legs arrived in good condition. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble the entire frame and then I installed a custom made desk top. The custom top is 36" x 84" x 1.75" maple weighing roughly 125lbs. Also added an additional 50lbs in monitors\electronics to the desktop. The dual motor frame handles the weight without any issue and works perfectly and is very quiet and stable - almost no wobble at all. The desk has exceeded my expectations and am very pleased with the product and service.

I shopped around a lot to find a nice, quality chair. I finally found it with Risedesk at a good price by comparing other chairs on the market! My chair had a small defect, so I contacted the company and they replied quickly and kindly. To remedy the situation, they offered me 2 options, which I really appreciated. I love my beautiful and comfortable office chair. I recommend Risedesk!
