The products are very well built and work just right. The customer service is outstanding!

We love our desk pads and I love my chair! Super sleek and easy to assemble. Feels great when I’m seated and working at my desk.

Great customer service and products.

The chair is pretty nice, but the seat is quite short which makes sitting on it a little rigid / less comfortable. I am 5’7’’. Overall good though!

La chaise est super belle et très confortable! Cependant, je l'ai acheté en pensant qu'elle serait ajustable pour les petites personnes, étant moi-même de 5'3. Malheureusement, il m'est impossible de l'ajuster pour une position ergonomique avec mon bureau : soit mes bras ne sont pas assez hauts et mes pieds ne touchent pas par terre, soit mes pieds touchent par terre mais mes bras sont clairement trop bas.

Je ne suis pas du genre à m'offrir une chaise à ce prix, mais j'avais décidé de me gâter pour obtenir la meilleure ergonomie possible en télétravail.

Bref, la chaise est superbe, mais peut-être pas réellement adaptée aux personnes de 5'3.

Signed up to receive emails from Risedesk. Was sent a 20% off code (twice) from the company that was apparently not valid… then why even send it in the first place? Though somewhat responsive, Customer Service did not seem to understand the unfairness of the situation & I had to specifically request an active code be provided. I ordered a chair and desk 17 days ago (July 15/24), neither of which have arrived yet. Customer service told me the chair has shipped but that the desk would be shipped early August. If they are unable to adhere to the advertised 2-3 business day ship time, then why advertise this? This is inaccurate and misleading. Unfortunately, I will be returning the Rise chair whenever it arrives, as I was in need of a chair more urgently and without a guaranteed delivery date, I purchased one from a competitor which arrived 2 days after I placed the order. I sincerely hope the walnut desk is worth the wait. After spending over $1k with Risedesk and not having received anything I have paid for, as a first time buyer, my experience has really soured my view of this company and its products. Taking people’s money and not providing the products as advertised is unfair. Had I not reached out to Risedesk, no attempt to mitigate the false email code, nor sharing the delayed ship date of the desk would’ve been communicated to me. This company seems all too keen to collect your money, but not deliver on its promises.

Update: Michael contacted me and offered to refund my purchases. I decided to return both items. Would not recommend this company to friends or family.

Dissapointed with my Risedesk experience. First, the purchasing process was really a struggle. Customer support is non-existent, and there isn't much information available online. Second, after receiving the desk, it arrived without instructions nor the proper screws to attach the desktop. Third, I have discovered the wood is not sealed/treated, and watermarks appear after first use. For what I paid, this desk is not worth it.

Assembly instructions guide was misleading and it took 2 hours for 2 persons for assembly of desk. At one point about we have to unscrew bolts to follow instructions at last page to install cable stand. A video guide would be helpful.

I absolutely love my rise chair. Was waiting to buy one and was hesitant because of the price, but it was absolutely worth it. Get the headrest too!

Best monitor arms I've used, and the price cannot be beat.

Our new chair arrived quickly and was simple to assemble. It is sooo comfortable and looks great too!

Good product, easy to set up

The customer service is absolutely *atrocious*. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody replies to voicemails. Nobody even responds to the little chatbot thing (after being told to wait "up to 50 minutes") and even still not responding. I can't tell you how the desks are, because I CAN'T FREAKING ORDER ONE

I do not recommend.
The chair arrived all dirty with a living spider in the package.
Parts of the chair is stained with yellow.
The desk pad and the chair are two very different tone of beige. It is not as it is showed on the website pictures.

My request was answered very fast. In a matter of hours my issue was resolved.

Company advertised 30% discount on website and social media then refused honour it. Customer service Nikita responded 4 days after I contacted the company, to say tough luck, discount was no longer available. Unbelievably poor communication and respect for customer.
