It's a joy to get great products that are made in the UK. The light coloured double trivet sits in the middle of the table and is used daily. That's money well spent.

Classic cutlery & superb presentation
We ordered a cutlery set from Robert Welch and it arrived in a beautiful box with a complimentary set of steak knives! We are very impressed with the quality and style of our Radford Bright cutlery set - it’s classic and very nice to handle! We would very much recommend this company.

I like Robert Welch products, the cutlery is well made and beautifully finished,
Over the years I have bought other items such as kitchen knives, which take a good edge and hold it.
Their delivery system is very good. The packages are well prepared and wrapped.

Great products and customer service!
I spoke with customer service on the phone to identify the style of spoons I had from 18 years ago, so I could buy more matching silverware. They were respectful, professional, and very helpful. Love their silverware! It's in amazing condition, and I've had them for almost 20 years. Looking forward to another 20 years of use :)

A seamless experience
It was very easy to review all the designs on your site, & very easy to order too. The whole experience was so efficient. In fact, the cutlery arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it, & 2 days later it was in my checked-in bag on board Qantas bound for Australia where I was able to give it to my nephew for his wedding present.

So easy to order on line. Very pleased to find out that order could be posted to daughter in Australia.

Kitchen knives
I have purchased a variety of products from Robert Welch over the years, including bathroom accessories, they are made of very high quality materials as well as look stunning. My recent purchases have been carving knife and fork also kitchen knives they are superb I cannot recommend enough.

Brilliant service from Robert Welch
I wrote a review for Trustpilot bemoaning the fact that there was a flaw in the Robert Welch chopping board which made it unusable.
The company wrote to me after they had read my review. I sent them a picture of the flaw in my chopping board, and now they have sent me a replacement - perfect - chopping board.
I am delighted with it. I am sure it will give me many years’ excellent service. Thank you, Robert Welch!
