Products arrived quickly. Was very impressed with the quality of the items considering the great price I paid.

I had bought Rockbross front light RHL 3000d which was simply fantastic. The bad thing was that suddenly, with no reason and after 10 times of usage it did not switch on although it showed that was charging normally. I tried everything with no any luck. I contacted the retailer and Rockbross but silence was everywhere. That was not so nice and the whole experience with that light ended up to not to be so positive...

I’ve been looking for a cycling balaclava for a while, saw this one and it fitted everything I needed. Product arrived quickly, even in the Xmas season. Used it for the first time yesterday in temperature of 1 degrees, I was cycling for 90 minutes, and it was perfect. Great fit, also the ability to lower and raise the front section is a great feature. Once I was warmed up, it was still comfortable and breathable. I always think if you don’t notice cycling clothing, while wearing them they must be doing the job perfectly. Definitely worth the money and will be buying more from this company. 10/10.

A good enough product. Could have more storage capacity, perhaps. Have storage capacity on both sides. I'm sure such a product already exists, though.
Delivery time could be quicker as well.

Great communication, first order lost in the post and as soon as I emailed Rockbrossport Livia responded & she organised another one to be sent out which I received. My partner was very happy with the item.

Raynaud Suffers: recommend using Rockbros Sleeve Warmers for driving to keep your hands warm. They are very effective.

Please put your items in a bag that does not show the item. This was supposed to be a surprise present. There was no surprise when it arrived in a clear bag!

I've been contacted by Leila via web chat and she handled my case with care and it solved in very quick way. She saved our Christmas hooray! I think they based on the other side of globe and if you need help you have to contact in very early hour in UK(before 8am) on web chat, not email. Leila was amazing, hope other customer service team members like her! I put 1 star first but just for Leila's amazing service I will change to 5 stars now. Leila deserves the pay rise honestly!

Customer service or website chat not replying, not helpful at all after you paid.

Ordered 2 items for Christmas gift, only received 1 then sent a query to customer service but no reply. Tried web chat then keep sending back automated message telling that it's out of business hour and no operator available for 2 days now. Waste of money and time. Avoid!

Unfortunately item has not been delivered yet... unable to review at this time, ordered on 28/11/25

The balaclava keeps me very warm while I bike in this winter ish weather!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses as I needed them for a cycling holiday delivery was super quick (it did say distributed from our uk warehouse) glasses are decent fit and look great so all in all great product and speedy delivery

A friend recommended the Smart Tyre Inflater as he'd recently acquired one.
He demonstrated it to me and it was just what I'd been looking for.
I immediately ordered one which arrived a few days later.
Its small compact and does the job well and I'm more that pleased with.
Fortunately only had to use it on one occasion to inflate a tyre and it was brilliant.
Unfortunately though I seem to have mislaid the USB charging cable. I've searched high and low.
Would there be a chance of obtaining another cable please.
If so could you let me know what the cost will be.

Liked the options of helmets on line and built in lights great idea. Not yet fully tested to see how long they last before recharging up but like the style and colour i chose.

Only observation if you wear say a hat under in the cold months go for the next size up.

Great product

I got the heated gloves they are a Paine to set up and 10 mins into my ride no heat from the gloves I used a trusted power source and checked all the connections and the power levels all good but no heat

Five days still waiting for my order is it coming not happy

I was pleasantly surprised that the windproof balaclava was a good fit for me. However the area touching the nose has a firm inward facing seam,very uncomfortable!
Breathable fabric is questionable,glasses steamed up regularly.
If someone at Rockbros tried this product they might find these design problems could be easily resolved.

Great product. Looks very stylish. The bell sound is great, walkers with headphones in should still hear it. Simple to fit, there are reviews saying it’s difficult, or fiddly, I didn’t have any issues. Comes with two metal strips a short and long to fit onto the handle bars so will fit any bike. Overall a great product, loud, stylish and well priced.

The bike pannier rack is a great product, thoughtfully designed and well built. I put it on my electric trail bike in under an hour. The stays are rectangular but the fittings were ideal and fitted securely. The quick release mechanisms were very easy to adjust, the one on the saddle stem extremely robust. The one blip, the rack was made in China!
