Speedy response to my phone call. Well informed, efficient, professional adviser who completed the booking quickly. The advisor was able to offfer suggestions from personally having travelled on the ship which was a real bonus.

Dont trustToo much information by the booking…
Too much information by the booking team is presumed instead of contacting the customer.
1. Uniworld - i wished to travel business class from norwich airport was told by ROL not possible. i contacted Uniworld and they arranged it immedieately.
2. lastest cruise business class to Milan and return from Athens however in the middle of the holiday is a fllight from Milan to Athen ecomony class and the difference in price is £300pp. Why did ROLcontact me to see if i would pay the difference. ???????
3. it takes far to long for the cruise to be finalised. i have waited 7 days from a completely wrong quote and im still waiting.
THIS WEEK.
MONDAY Phoned RÓL customer service team and asked if I could pay the extra for business class flight from Milan to Athens. Customer service team told me that was impossible as the flight tickets had been issued.
TUESDAY RÓL phoned me and offered me the business class flight for £580 which I refused as I had checked on Aegean flights web site and it’s available for £420. That is £160 extra.During this phone call I was offered a complimentary suitcase which I agreed but it still took me a phone call to obtain this confirmation.
THURSDAY I still don’t have any confirmation of my Cunard trip in May 27 after booking 12 days ago.
I WILL NEVER TRUST RÓL AGAIN

Friendly and very helpful staff
The phone is answered very quickly and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I initially spoke to Nathan who answered all my questions which was so useful in making a decision. Subsequently booked a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords and the discounts offered by ROL compared very favourably rather than booking directly with the cruise line, Princess Cruises. Also, there is no hard sell and based on my first experience with ROL, this is a Five Star Company.

Excellent Customer Service
We booked our 1st ROL cruise with Emma on Saturday afternoon. A misunderstanding meant we booked the wrong cruise date. I contacted Emma on Sunday as soon as I realised. She was superb and arranged to contact Regent to correct it. She phoned me to confirm it was being dealt with and I have now received an email confirming the correct cruise. As a new customer of ROL, I am very impressed. Thank you so much Emma, we are very grateful for your professional approach and excellent customer service.

ROL and Booking Efficiency.
ROL sent out a mail shot with some last minute ideas. We rang through and got to speak to Julia who really was able to help. Afer supplying the Cruise information she laised with the cruise line Regent Seven Seas, was able to get our preferrred suite and importantly Business Flights Return. The service she provided was brilliant explaining all the aspects and ensured we had the information we needed. What was impressive was the speed that documentation came through, within 3 days ensuring we were able to arrange speciality dining, trips and Hotels. We can say that the boooking process was very well handled.

Very helpful. I had no computer and after giving the advisor my requirements he found me the ideal balcony stateroom.
Since making the booking I’ve phoned a couple of times with questions and the staff have been very helpful. Also your not holding on for ages on the telephone to speak to someone.
