Very helpful Jazmine
Jasmine was very helpful and told us to check our travel insurance and held our bkg for an hour as I had to phone Lloyds Bank Travel Insurance to update them ref my medical circumstances as I had open urgent open heart surgery privately on 14th July to replace a faulty aorta heart valve and the insurance is now fully in force. We phoned her back and she completed the bkg.
