Cruise and stay: what’s not to like?
ROL has put together a very attractive stay and cruise package including the Italian Lakes and an Oceania cruise. Added benefits are business class flights and premium drinks package. Morgan from the concierge service was most helpful and friendly. She was able to advise on suite categories and how to make the best of the Oceania cruise experience. She also assisted with getting the best price for the package

The service I received from Morgan in the concierge dept was impeccable but my 4 star review relates to the phone not being answered in a reasonable time. In fact I had to give up and try again.

Incomplete service
Whilst the service on the phone was helpful the follow up by email has been poor. I have only received a receipt for the large deposit that I paid but no confirmation of the booking and the associated details of the agreement. I has raised this by email to your customer services who have also not responded to this significant omission.
