Very good customer service.
I bought a 2nd hand RoofBunk and had question about if it could be stored vertically (yes) and about some metal strips it came with - all very well answered.

I then bought 2 x liners to go under the mattress (one for me and 2nd for a friend). Both where delivered quickly, well packed etc.

The liners have worked well to stop the underside of the mattress feeling wet / damp by allowing it to breath and remove moisture.

I would happily but from this company again - good service.

Prompt delivery. Great product . So glad I purchased.

I've owned alot of tents in my time, but the roofbunk xl super is bar far the best in terms of pitch time, comfort and quality. A few minutes and its up, huge amount of space inside and incredibley comfortable. Build quality of the base, bars, hinges ect is very very good. I love it, me,my partner and our 4 kids love it. We use it most weekends since purchase. Couldnt recommend it enough. If ur thinking of getting one you will not regret it.

We love our RoofBunk explorer XL the quality is amazing and the customer service from Pete is excellent. The free fitting on site and demo of how to set it up is a great addition to help get started, made our first trip setting up with our 1&3 year old flawless. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I recently purchased a RoofBunk Explorer and I’m really impressed with both the product and the service. There products are well designed and built to last!

A big thank you to Pete for the excellent customer service throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to help with any questions. It’s great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Highly recommend RoofBunk and Pete’s fantastic service!

The product is well made and well thought out. The service is next to none. Installation was a breeze and did not have any issues with the product. Keep up the good work Pete! Compared to a well known competitor, this product was not over hyped and over priced.

Great customer service. Swift responses to questions and quick turnaround from testing to purchase to installation.

Amazing bit of kit & value for money compared to other brands. Highly recommend RoofBunk, you wouldn’t be disappointed

We visited the unit & the roofbunk was fitted for us. It works well for me & will be around Europe this year!

Excellent Product. Excellent Communication. Value for Money. Highly Recommend.

I purchased my Roofbunk Explorer XL nearly a year ago, I used it loads in summer and autumn and really wanted to keep using it in the colder months so I recently purchased the thermal liner and used it for the first time last night and it was amazing. Kept me and my kids so warm we even had to open the window a little bit in the night and it was 0*c outside.

Ordered the awning now for even more adventures.

The product is great and Pete was brilliant

Great tent and customer service was brilliant

I bought the XL roofbunk for our recent trip to Scotland. I had done a bit of research and had chosen Roofbunk over other brands, mainly because of the build quality. Well, what can I say, this little Roof tent is amazing! Whilst in Scotland we had what could only be described as the worst weather for camping, deluge after deluge😅 This tent held up to all Scotland had to throw at us! We were on the Isle of Skye in 60+ MPH winds, and whilst recommendations do not encourage using the tent in these conditions, we had no choice. And boy did it hold up. Most of the other campers ended up in the toilet block, on the floor with their sleepingbags watching their ripped tents blowing away😬. But not the Roofbunk, we stayed completely dry and suffered no damage, couldn't believe it.
This tent is brilliant. The mattress is good enough on its own, but another airbed on top makes it bliss. Love the roof windows to be able to star gaze too. The awning over the ladder made a huge difference in the wet weather. It was easy to keep the wet gear out of the tent because of it.
Thoroughly enjoyable, easy to set up and close down. Feels really well built. Highly recommended.
Thanks to Roofbunk for exceeding our expectations 5⭐️

Excellent quality, value and fantastic customer support, I purchased the additional awning to zip around bottom of the ladder extension and thermal liner, works faultlessly, easy to install and much more spacious than others I’ve seen, highly recommend this company and great to deal with.
