Roofing Megastore Avaliações

Upon delivery, there was a handwritten note at the address saying "Tape is missing." The paid-for goods were not delivered, but nobody cares about that anymore...

Efficient and speedy delivery

16/09 online order placed. Delivered 05/10, and to wrong location. I would suggest somebody senior contact me, sooner rather than later........

There website provides a huge range of roofing products for Tradesmen or DIY enthusiasts.
Good information and images with the use of a calculating tool to provide you with amount needed for the job inhand. Very competitive pricing and prompt delivery service, I would definitely recommend Roofing Megastore if undertaking any roofing projects.

Great experience with Roofing Megastore. Delivery great, everything well packed.
5 stars

Both panels damaged

Best price i found quality materials easy to fit helpfull staff. Can't complain overall brilliant.

Worst company I have dealt with in many a year. Order never arrived in there t&c time frame. After 16 days told some items out of stock ,causing delay .ask for refund and order cancelled numerous times.emailed confirmation order cancelled from them only for them to attempt delivery 6 days .finally got a refund approximately 5weeks from order after threatening to report to trading standards. Don’t touch these clowns with a barge pole

Very easy to place an order and i particularly liked the platform that let you put in your dimensions and it automatically added the materials required.
The roofing sheets came damaged, however they were all replaced within 5 days of noticing the damage.
This was also the cheapest roofing company i could find and trust.
Overall, very satisfied and would recommend

From order to delivery a very professional service , and product was value for money.

Efficient, well packaged, helpful

the delivery arrived in good time, the product was great.

Good customers service.
Unfortenetly they didnt deliver on the dates promished, but thebfollowing week.
When i spoke to customers they took the time to explain that the company delivering had logistic issues.
All and all deffenetly somewhere i will do business with again.

Great product, great price, very good customer service.

Great service,great price

I ordered 4 No. 2000mm x 555.5mm and 2 No. 2000 x 556mm. They ignored that and sent 6 No. 2000 x 556 because presumably they didn't think 0.5mm was important. IT WAS! The corners were badly cut and bent. I won't be using this company again.

Roofing panels arrived damaged and didn’t have a good experience with the delivery men but contacted them and got a response same day. Items redelivered a few days later in better packaging - customer service couldn’t have been more helpful and I really appreciated that.

A few problems with transport issues but all came good. I got good quality product at a good price.

Some of the sheets were broke from the end of. Luckily I order longer size and I was ok but

I used the britmet light weight 2000 calculator and unfortunately this did not accurately calculate everything i needed and ordered excess of the sheets. It was a good template, but if you'd like to avoid paying additional delivery fees, use this as a guide only (it probably says this in the Ts&Cs).
