Roofing Megastore Avaliações

Shocking customer service. One panel arrived damaged and I emailed them to discuss this. They promised a reply, but still haven't come back after two weeks, despite chasing. My advice is to buy local and steer clear of this company.

Excellent service and great product, delivery was exactly as they said it would be

Ordering online was quick & efficient and there roofing calculator worked well, the roofing materials turned up on time with a great courier.
I have a few questions and these were answered very efficiently by the customer service team.

Great experience. First, loved the website. I'm a DIY newbie to anything other than felt roofs, and the website helped me to choose which roof type to go for. I selected EPDM and then used the wizard for selection the size and kit needed for installation. Very straightforward. Everything turned up on time and was really well packaged. Good quality kit included with the roofing material. Great purchase and successful installation.

I ordered the jet black 0.5mm corrugated sheets, they were delivered quicker than originally stated, top quality product and everything ordered was delivered, would definitely recommend and would order again

Order delivered with some bits missing , however the very friendly staff sorted it out for me very quickly and I was able to complete the project very quickly .

Ordered F-face plastic strips...all delivered damaged..Not well packaged. E-mailed the company..Got No reply...eventually after many attempts by phone they answered. Sent off pics as requested..again NO reply..phoned again and then E-mails back and forth..5 days later still No reply and No Refund..

We have recently purchased timber shingles from Megastore for our children’s garden play house. The advise given by telephone was a huge help before placing the order and the delivery and quality of the products were perfect.
Installation was also easy with reference to the on line instructions and recommendations.
Our garden play house now looks fabulous!!
We would certainly purchase fom Megastore in the future.

Good prices and promp delivery. Let down with website shopping experience and delivery provider. Received a email with 5% discount which didn't appear to work and delivery cost increased from the saved basket. When opening the package (plastic roofing sheets) to use found there was damage to all 6 sheets

Great website, easy to see what I wanted and adjust for quantities as I went. Good price and prompt delivery. Will definitely check them out when I need to do some more garden shed improvements.

Prompt Service, well packaged and good price.

Their website showed availability for all 4 types of granite copes. Over 20+ in stock.
I called up and asked "do you definitely have ALL of these in stock". They went away and checked. Yes, she said "immediate delivery".
I made the order, paid, and was gjven 2-3 days delivery time.
Later, they sent a message and said I would have to wait 6-8 weeks.
Be very careful with what this company promises.

Was very happy and kept informed of the delivery date and was also called to let me know when delivery was near. I will defiantly recommend this company and that why i have given 5 stars.

I order from them some Corrugated Sheet everything was ok .
I received my order well packed.
Now only time will tell about the quality of the products.

The corrugated sheets look very good and the delivery was excellent. Not done the work yet but very happy with my purchase

Good communication and service I ordered custom cuts and they where Bob on... Perfect. Will be using again in the future when needed.

Very nice people and dealing with all problems with professionalism!
Only problem is that it takes a couple more days that it says on the site
My order came short , but it has been sorted quickly

I ordered three bitumen roofing sheets in plenty of time to start a job at the weekend. The sheets arrived a couple of days late and ever sheet was damaged due the the inadequate packaging. I tried to contact the company to let them know but their site would not let me process the report of the damage. I also tried to leave bad feedback on there preferred review site, but again it wouldn’t allow the bad feedback to be processed. This is the first and last time I will be using this company. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
