477 Dohertys Rd, Truganina VIC 3029, Australia.
The staff at this Location are the most unprofessional group of people running the Truganina Roomia Self Storage Facility I have ever dealt with in past 10 years of my storage business activities! I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your storage needs anywhere else is better than this place.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with goods purchased through iBid.
Under iBid’s terms and conditions, goods are required to be collected within 72 hours. When collection was not completed within this timeframe, as a gesture of goodwill, our team extended the collection period without charge and made several attempts to meet with you to find a solution, which were declined.
We are concerned by your comments regarding the language used by a member of our team and will investigate this, as this is not the standard of behaviour we expect at Roomia.
We’re disappointed we weren’t able to resolve the situation more positively, despite our efforts to accommodate collection outside the agreed iBid terms.

The team at Roomia Truganina couldn’t have been more helpful! I went in late on Friday afternoon to sign up for a storage unit and within half an hour had inspected the unit and was all good to go for move in the next day. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks Team!

I went on a two-month holiday and chose Roomia to store my belongings. From the reception, I was welcomed in a very friendly manner and had a great conversation while booking.
Even while I was overseas, whenever I had any queries, the team was highly communicative and well-equipped to answer all my questions. Any issues I encountered, even after hours, were handled with care and courtesy.
I highly recommend Roomia for anyone looking for safe, secure, and peaceful storage services.

I experienced excellent customer service from Kim in Truganina branch. She is an expert in making the rules and instructions easy to understand. She explains thoroughly the process and assisted me with my sudden booking on the same day. Truly polite, courteous and professional. Highly commendable for her dedication at work. The area is clean and tidy with all the security features available on site.
