First order was $288.00 for 24 long stem roses and 24 pink short stem.
They had auto filled with a friend of mine address 5hrs away. I immediately reached out to Ashley with customer service. She responded quickly but said she can’t help until flowers are in the US. Once tracking showed in the US I reached out again she said she can’t change the address reach out to UPS. UPS could not change the address it needed to come from the shipper. Reach back out to rosaholics they said they submitted an address change but can take 3-5 business days.
My buddy gets them they are the most depressing looking flowers I’ve ever seen. My friend felt bad pays me 400 for them so I can try to reorder and expedite shipping so I spend another 200 buy two different types of flower from them and again the most depressing looking flowers I’ve ever seen. Every flower is wilted and falling over within 72hrs of delivery. I live in TX or grocery store here is called HEB and the flowers at HEB for $10-20 absolutely shit on these flowers I paid 10x for.
I will never waste my time with this site again. Im pissed that we gave them $488.00 of our money. I have also posted a bad review on their site yet it never posted. It’s odd that Reddit bashes on them yet somehow they have zero 1&2 star reviews something smells fishy.

I would rate Rosaholics a ZERO if it were an option. Order #175581. Ashley Zambrano Was my CSR. Order for The 2 dozen “deep purple” roses. I placed this order on 2/7 with a delivery date set for 2/13. This order is my first and was to be for my wife on our first Valentines Day as a married couple. My order total was $88.36 which was after a promo discount, shipping cost of $10, taxes, and $2.70 “BloomGuard insurance”. I received a FedEx tracking number shortly after the purchase which was confirmed to be 2/13 at my wife’s workplace. As the day went on I was getting concerned that she hadn’t mentioned the flowers and it was nearly noon at this point. I went to FedEx to track my order and to my horror the order not only had not been made and shipped, but a label was the only thing created and FedEx didn’t even have possession of the flowers. In fact, to add insult to injury I even received an order from Rosaholics on Thursday the 12th stating my shipment was on the way, which was a complete lie. I contacted Rosaholics via email immediately asking for the status of my order as I had no way of even calling anyone to talk to customer service. The flowers were obviously never delivered, and it wasn’t until 6:33pm that I received an email stating “Due to recent logistical-related complications affecting transit routes, a limited number of shipments, including yours, may experience a delay beyond the originally scheduled delivery date”. I responded to this email with my offer of resolution of a complete refund of all money paid considering my order was never even made. Today, the 14th AT 8:48PM I finally received an email from Ashley again giving me 3 options.
1) We can arrange for a new shipment of the same order on the next available date Feb 24th, (if the response is received by today) or further dates.
2) 100% store-wide credit for another bouquet desired(exclusions apply to: Long, Extra Long, Build Your Own Bouquet, and Subscription products).
3) A partial refund (50%) and 50% store credit.
If you notice there is no additional option for a full refund for my purchase. An order placed, paid for, then not only not shipped, but not even made. Why exactly would I want an order specifically placed for Valentines Day, 10 days later, a 100% store credit WITH exclusions included, OR even better, a 50% refund and 50% store credit of which I know good and well would not cost Rosaholics the same monetary value that I paid for that 50% of the purchase. Not offering a customer an option for services not rendered especially after such an inconvenience that wasn’t even discovered until late into the evening the night before the flowers were suppose to arrive? I truly pray this is not how business is conducted at Rosaholics and I pray that other paying customers are not treated this way either. If you use Rosaholics beware this same scenario could be yours as well. As of now I am waiting for a response from my returned email stating I want an Option #4 which is a 100% refund for a purchase that was never even made.
Luckily for me, I have the most beautiful soul of a wife who understands it was out of my control and appreciates my effort to have flowers delivered to her at her work as a nurse. Rosaholics….. Do better

Order flowers and they came shriveled up and limp the dye the did the roses was everywhere dont waste your time with the fake reviews there trash ruined my valentines day and i didn't receive the luxury wrap that i was expose to get never ordering from here again

Resposta da Rosaholics
Wasn't what I expected as compared to online photo . Was given 11 roses instead of 12

Resposta da Rosaholics
The color of the roses look decent. Some of the die is so thick that when it dried it deformed the petals of the flower. It says they take white flowers and use a die to get the proper color. They didnt use a white rose and they did a horrible job coloring these flowers.

I hardly ever write reviews on companies but this time I just felt like I was no being heard. I tried to write a review on their website but for some reason anything other than 5 stars isn’t posted. So I guess a 3rd party platform is as good as it gets for an honest review.
They falsely advertised and sell roses instead of what they call peonies.
My husband purchased me “vintage peonies” for Valentine’s Day expecting just that peonies. Well, I opened the box of 3 dozen pink roses. I’m highly allergic to roses and knew this was a mistake. Well, no apparently this company talks about how peonies are fragrant and history and meaning of the peony but then sandwiched in this description there’s 2 words “rose style” and “bud that is like a peony” then more about actual peonies.
Now, they won’t answer any phone calls. Emails are were dismissed with although it’s not as pictured and advertised that’s the product we purchased.
I cannot stand when someone will not admit to their lies and this company is lying like a sneaky kid who just got caught, and they think a play on words makes them right.
Worst of all I’m allergic, so these roses are in a pile of green waste now. I would say well it’s in the companies name of course they are roses, but they also sell Sunflowers, Ranunculus, Alstroemerias, not just Roses. Unless there’s some kind of rose sunflower-style BS I have not heard of.
Just buy local where you can receive real customer service support and not this disappointing mess.

Im extremely disappointed in the way the Rose's came in today. I felt embarrassed that my girlfriend received them while I wasnt home... if I was home I would've just thrown them out and went to another store to buy them before valentine's day...

I ordered roses to be delivered to my wife's office on Thursday 2/12. I was trying to do the right thing and get them in advance of the rush. As of 2/13 3PM UPS has not received the shipment. Even if they get them for delivery tomorrow my wife won't be in the office on Saturday.
They don't answer the phone and only respond to emails. They say they are keeping an eye on this shipment.
I want my money back!

Resposta da Rosaholics
They shipped them on the wrong day ruing the surprise given I wasn’t even there to see my wife receive them since I wasn’t expecting them and once I come home I see that the roses are half way dead smh

Resposta da Rosaholics
Arrived and there were only 9 roses when I ordered 11.

Resposta da Rosaholics
Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 dozen of roses and only received 2 dozen. The next morning the flowers are already dieing and wilting. It hasn't been 24 hours.

Resposta da Rosaholics
Just buy local. Roses were dried out and falling apart by the time I received them. They also look like someone spray painted them instead of dyeing them. They really do look sad for the money I spent.

Resposta da Rosaholics
The flowers are beautiful, and they arrived on time with the card. No complaints there.
However, I ordered "Vintage Peony" expecting peonies. What I received were roses. Specifically, a rose cultivar called Peonikiss that Rosaholics markets across multiple products under peony-branded names. The listing title says "Vintage Peony." The product photos show de-thorned roses, removing the one visual giveaway that would immediately tell a customer these aren't peonies. The description discusses peonies at length. A section header reads "Bouquet of vintage peonies for a special occasion." The word "Peonikiss" is buried deep in the copy and never identified as a rose variety.
When I contacted them, they pointed to a single sentence in the description as adequate disclosure and said the listing was designed to "set the right expectations." It isn't. The entire page, from the title to the de-thorned photos to the copy, is structured so a reasonable customer believes they're buying peonies. Then the roses arrive with thorns, and the illusion falls apart. Their own on-site reviewers confirm the confusion: two people praise receiving "peonies" out of season, and Rosaholics replied without correcting them.
I'm not the only one. Other customers who ordered different "Peony" products from Rosaholics report the same issue, including receiving flowers with thorns, which peonies don't have. Calling a rose a peony, de-thorning it for the photo, and then pointing to fine print when questioned isn't transparency; it's the appearance of transparency. Sort of the same trick.
The roses themselves are genuinely lovely. But if I wanted roses, I would've ordered roses. I'd suggest Rosaholics rename these products honestly, or customers should know what they're actually paying for.

Do not use this company they screw you over on the delivery.
I order flowers from them on 1/28 for Valentine's Day for my wife. That's plenty of time ahead of time to be delivered on 2/14
Order was confirmed for 2/14.
These schmucks tell me on 2/9 your flowers will arrive on 2/11. There customer service is God awful and couldn't careless.

Resposta da Rosaholics
This company is disgusting. They will not respond to you if there’s an issue with the delivery. I have mailed them several times and they told me it was out for delivery which was a complete lie. I contacted ups and they said they did not provide a comercial invoice with the package. So now my flowers are just sitting in Miami with no resolve. DONT BIY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT HER YOUR FLOWERS ON TIME AND THEY WILL ACT LIKE YOUR NOT EMAILING THEM. I am truly disgusted and will be exposing them on TikTok

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!
Company uses shady business practices and charges you 20% for a cancellation and HOUR after an accidental order was completed. While this is technically tucked away their "Site Terms", this is genuinely a bad business tactic designed to entrap and milk customers for money. As soon as you hit the pay button, they are guaranteed money whether they mess up or not. They also make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel an order - no online cancellations and their phone number tells you they "aren't taking calls at this time." Email seems the only way to get things done with this company. They are quick to jump on every chance to make a buck but when it comes to their customers, they really don't seem to care. Profit-centered company with no moral compass. Buyer BEWARE.

Resposta da Rosaholics
Worst of the worst.
I never leave reviews but can’t see how this company is still in business. First order was incorrect and company blamed me for that instead of trying to make right. So tried to cancel a second order Id placed, but was told couldn’t cancel even though it wasn’t to be delivered for 7 days.
