I do not recommend this company to anyone
We didn't receive the service we paid for. Long before our trip to Antalya, I paid for a taxi from the airport, but the driver didn't show up and didn't answer my calls. I contacted the police, and a police officer called him, but he didn't answer. Then he wrote that he couldn't come and said we'd have to find a taxi ourselves. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Nie wieder ! Wenn ich könnte würde ich sie verklagen!
Es gibt eine Regel. Wartezeit 1h 15min nach Landung. Leider haben wir auf unsere Koffer 3h. Den Taxifahrer hat es leider nicht interessiert und hat uns stehen lassen. Seine Worte : not my problem.
Wir mussten ein normal Taxi zum Hotel nehmen.

The baggage claim process is entirely the responsibility of the airport and is beyond our control.
According to our terms of service, drivers may wait a maximum of 75 minutes after the plane lands. This time is standard for all guests to avoid disrupting other bookings. The driver has used the full waiting time specified in this booking.
Since it was not possible to exceed the specified time, the driver had to proceed with other scheduled transfers. All records showing that the driver arrived at the airport on time, completed the waiting time, and attempted to communicate can be viewed on booking.com.
We apologize for the baggage delay negatively impacting your trip and thank you for your understanding.

Бронировали механику. Машину дали той же марки и модели, только повысили до автомата. Машина новая. Страховку оформляли максимальную. Быстрая выдача, быстрая сдача.

Communication was good, car rental and return was easy. The car was different from the request, was older and less comfortable. Overpriced
