I ordered some clothes with value of 80 USD. First i didnt recieve the confirmation email with my order. Luckily i kept my order inumber and they replied to me after a week that my items are very popular and they are waiting to make me new one. After reading all the comments here I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money.They sens they are not doing refunds.

0 Rating! In any case, do not buy from this company, leave it alone. Poor customer service is one thing, many have, obvious fraud is another.
They offer goods in a set!!! (literally in the description), write "Skirt + sleeveless shirt, 2 Piece Set", you order the set, get only the skirt and on the complaint is answered with "You have ordered only the skirt" and as a highlight they send you again the designation, where it clearly says "Set of 2".
This has nothing to do with misunderstandings or the like, the company Rotimia operate deliberately fraud!

I’m here because Rotimia clothes look brilliant on line on Facebook. Blatant copies of Australia designer brand Alemais….. in fact after reading reviews, I believe the photos on Facebook and sponsored ads on Instagram May be real Alemais clothes. Thank you Trust pilot for existing.

A nightmare. They sent me a link that didn’t work. Material is poor. I would never buy again.
If you want to return you have to pay shipping costs and custom.

Gli abiti non rispecchiano le foto. Sono un po’ squallidi. Il kimono non è arrivato rosa ( il colore che avevo scelto) ma di un rosso fuoco immettibile oltretutto nella foto sembrava che avesse le maniche larghe sembrava un modello molto bello in foto. Insomma non sono insoddisfatta! Direi di fare attenzione.

Rate 0 , clothes are cheaply made , thin materials, unable to return for exchange or refund . No phone to call and no response on email. Wish I researched it before spending $200. If it’s too good to be true then believe it . Don’t buy from this company !!

If I would rate this, it will be NO star. I returned the clothes that I purchased bcoz size was too small. I even paid for the shipping but NEVER GET A REFUND!!! BEWARE. Don’t ever buy on this website it’s a scam

È una truffa. Ho comprato 200 euro di roba che è arrivata di qualità pessima rispetto a quella mostrata sul sito e di taglia enorme. Chiedo il reso e mi dicono che è a mie spese. Lo faccio e il pacco torna indietro perché l' indirizzo è inesistente. Persi un sacco di soldi e non si può neanche fare causa perché non esistono

Wish I had read these reviews before dropping $150 on clothes. TERRIBLE quality and sizing is all over the place, I even sized up. Trying to get an answer on how to return items is a joke. Website says items can be returned within seven days of receipt but according to other reviews, you have to pay for it to go back to China. They know exactly what they are doing. Total scam.

Let me start off by saying that I would not recommend this company, nor will I ever order from them again. First off, it took about 3 weeks to get the package, with dates changing constantly. The sizes are way off. I ordered a M dress and I swear it was an extra small in North America...if not smaller. Don't fall for their return/exchange policy, it's garbage. The quality is cheap, AND I didn't even get what I originally ordered. Sent me a scarf that my child could have knitted...likely cause a child did knit it. Extremely dissatisfied.

I just ordered 3days ago and wasn’t expected the delivery that fast! However The disappointment feels right now is unexpectedly, thought it’s gonna worth for the prices but cannot:( it’s true you can see what in a pictures but the reality is really give you a dissatisfied and disappointed cuz the fabrics and materials of the clothes is not really good quality and it’s over price even its sale!! This is my first time to ordered this online clothes but never order again:(

Es una estafa total!! No caigan dicen que son de lino y algodón, es mentira es la peor calidad.... la ropa que te llega no es nada a lo que ves en las fotos!! Son fotos robadas....

I wish I had researched this company before I purchased. Everything about this company is a scam. Specifically their return policy. Much like every other bad review here, i was told I would have to pay fees to return items back to China. They first offered me to pay another $20 and they would send correct sizes or $9 refund. I paid almost $80 for the items I purchased! Also, the sizing was way off and the quality of the fabric was unwearable. Awful experience.
