Scammers!!
Sent me cheap knock offs. Wasn't even same patterns. Paid 120, and said would only refund me 20. Delivery for return was going to charge me 40. Do not buy from this website

I purchased a dress worth £32 but was of very poor quality
When attempting to return the item I was informed the cost of shipping would be more money than the value of the dress and was offered a mere 5 dollars.
I have informed them I can return the item myself and have been quoted £10 through parcelforce. I have not heard a response or been able to get a return address.

Never received an order and when I contacted them for refund customer service has been nothing but shocking

I have ordered from many direct to consumer brands but have never had such a horrible experience. Some of the products are lovely and others horrific. However the customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I had to send 8+ emails and then contact Amex before any response on how to return. And then the BIGGEST SCAM it cost me $200 to return. Wish I had checked them out before ordering. Ugh!!!!

Hice el pedido y no me ha llegado ningún aviso de correos con lo que yo no puedo estar cada día mirando su página a ver dónde está mi pedido, en correos Millán dicen que me tenía que haber llegado un aviso y no me ha llegado nada, ahora por su cuenta me he quejado, han devuelto el producto y me he quedado sin el vestido y sin el dinero, esto es totalmente una estafa y un robo, no compres aquí nada

If I could give this no star I would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Items are of poor quality and despite stating on their website that you can return the items you cannot! They won't give you an address to send the items back to. Absolute scam!

This company is stealing designs from artists on Instagram. They don’t ask for permission and do not pay for the designs. A complete lack or respect both for the artists, their life’s work and the law. Disgusting. Do not support them.

Stay far away from this. Size is completely off and when you contact them to have money returmed, they ghost you completely through linenmia.com.

Cheap material. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Won’t return your emails when you want to return your order and get a refund. Also still missing half my order and it’s been over two weeks. They are thieves.

Leider sind die Schnitte nicht so schön in der Realität wie auf den Fotos. Grauenhafte Qualität!!!!

0% review. False returns claims on their website, they try to bargain you down to get a return request and then force shipping and customs charges. Sizing is terrible and inconsistent, I bought 3 sets which where all different. Money in the bin. Do not waste your time and money!

Además de que la calidad del producto es completamente pésima (algo difícil de detectar en las fotos) no tiene nada que ver el producto presentado en la web con lo que recibes.
Además a pesar de haber sido engañada, no se responsabilizan de absolutamente nada.

Faulty missing or overlapping stitching, items falling apart upon arrival and fraudulently and badlycopied from the brand Alemais.

They refuse to give a return address, I am currently raising a dispute with Paypal.

May as well of binned my money.

Una compagnia poco trasparente, basta aprire il sito internet x capire che mancano praticamente tutti i dati societari o di contatto .

Io non compro da società così , anche se i prodotti su PC sembrano molto invitanti..... mi sembra uno specchietto x allodole

Sono rimasta un po’ delusa.
Il vestitino è troppo largo rispetto a quello che mi aspettavo e la qualità anche... Inoltre il pacco per arrivare ci ha messo più di un mese, quindi ho inviato una mail a cui non ho ricevuto risposta. Vedendo le altre recensioni non mi conviene fare il reso, visto che costa di più di aggiustarlo eventualmente dalla sarta… pessimo acquisto, ci sono rimasta male

worst experience ever.
they shipped almost 1 month late, and in 2 packages.
the first one, the item was terrible. Bad quality and way too big. I showed them it was too big and needed to return however they didn't accept and told me I need to pay for shipping fees + customs! they are the worst.
I never received the second package although I paid for it, it seems it was returned to them, and they asked me to pay for the shipping charges!!!! avoid at all time.
I never received the order and had to pay extra. its the biggest joke!

Pessimi, ti chiedono un sacco di soldi per rimandare indietro la merce.Qualità e taglie discutibili.

Jo acabo de comprar un vestit i encara no puc opinar. Però veig que les opinions de la gent són que és una estafa. A veure..
Algú anomena fins i tot una advocada. Em pots donar el contacte que l'he perdut, per si de cas.

La calidad de las prendas es mala, si llegan. Compré dos conjuntos y se olvidaron una camiseta de los dos conjuntos. Cuando lo reclamé, me ofrecieron pagar yo el porte de la camiseta y dije que no al ser un fallo suyo. Finalmente me ofrecieron quedarme con el resto que me había llegado y compensarme con 5 dólares por la camiseta que nunca llegó, aunque a mi me costó mas, claramente. El servicio al cliente bastante malo. No volveré a comprar.
