Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this company. God forbid it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it. You’ll never be able to return it. Better off just throwing your money away. Avoid at all costs!

Rubbish quality half the dress i ordered according to measurements provided at least four sizes too big i wont even use it for fabric scraps

Terrible service, never received my clothes!
After waiting for 3 months to receive my purchase, it never arrived. Once Ive contacted their customer support they informed me that the delivery could not be completed in my country and home address, and they still did not accept to refund me.

SCAM! Products aren't as pictured, terrible quality and they don't let you return. It's also impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list so I'm constantly spammed by their daily emails.

I am honestly shocked at how well this turned out. I saw this dress that I was absolutely obsessed with so thought I’d take a gamble and put in an order. Paid with PayPal just incase it didn’t arrive / was a scam. Only after I ordered did I see all of these terrible reviews and thought for sure it was a scam or it wasn’t going to work out. What a surprise I got today when only a week after I ordered a parcel arrived with my items. Not only that but they were IDENTICAL to the photos. Fabric quality for the price was also pretty decent. One dress was missing a waist tie but considering the circumstances I am absolutely calling this a win. Don’t know if I was just lucky or if this is normal but based on my experience I’m going to order more.

Horrible company to deal with. I ordered two dresses, the dresses didn’t arrive… I have been chasing them for a refund but they have been ignoring me. It’s has almost been a year since I purchase the dresses, and still no refund.
Do you self a favour and don’t shop with them. Never again!

I received the items but they were really poor quality, just a cheap sheet of material sewn together. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me around £8 of a total of £150 purchases. I told them not a chance and I will pay to send back via tracked and signed for. They said they needed the tracking number and copy of receipt (which I gave them) to refund me, 7 month on still not got my refund. What a scam. Please do not order from these people, the items look great online but you will be very disappointed with what arrives

Company will NOT give information on how to get return refund. Instead they write me back “we are willing to compensate you $20” back on a $265 purchase!!

SCAM! Images you see do not correspond to what you will be getting. Very low quality materials, stitching is awful zippers are plastic and to top it all off THEY WILL NOT RESPOND FOR A RETURN. Save your money!

First off, the quality of the clothing is TERRIBLE. The print looks like it's just been blown up and printed on, super pixelated, etc. and the clothing fabric itself is cheap & scratchy. Then, their customer service is just AWFUL. I tried to return my purchase and responded by trying to weasel me into keeping it and giving it to someone else, while they would send me another item. When I declined and said that I just wanted to return the item for a full refund, they just stopped responding to my emails and ignored me. This is a total SCAM, save your money!!!

Save your time money and energy. Non-existent customer service. I had 3 shipments - one was inexplicably delivered to China, another was delivered to the wrong house (I live in NYC so that's 100% gone)l, and the other one they used a crappy budget China-based last-mile delivery service (shoutout 4x), who claimed they made 2 delivery attempts, and that they couldn't deliver the package! Interesting because all the other delivery services seem to deliver just fine.

DO NOT BUY, and especially do not buy using a debit card, the only hope of getting your money back is having your credit card company fight it for you.

Fabric is soft but everything else is super low quality. I can’t believe I paid and waited a long time for this product. The zip is low quality, and the stitching is poorly done. I was going to cancel the product, they said that would need to charge 20% process fees because they “need[ed] to spend labor costs to process [my] order.” I thought, ok this better a good quality one, and I felt scammed.

If I could give it Zero stars I would.
Total scammers this is their reply to my dress which arrived 2 months late and with a cut in it.
