Horrendous quality garment. Dress ordered arrived late despite assurances it would arrive on time. Tracking via 17Track was dismal at best, slow responders and tracking info. Garment description and photos used are so far from what actually arrived! SO BAD! Do not reccommend.

Scam website. No responses, tracking of items received. Thankfully paid via Paypal so was able to raise a dispute to have money returned. DO NOT USE

Do not buy from this website! They are stealing artwork from artists and printing it on crappy clothing. They have stolen multiple of my artworks and are selling them on ugly, low quality, fast fashion garbage.

It’s so insulting seeing my work pop up on ads all over the place.

Apalling clothes, such poor quality at such expensive prices. Customer service is rubbish and noone gets back to you. I will be reporting this through my bank to get my money back.

I have received the products that I ordered and was small, tried to contact them with different ways (emails, calls, instagram) no one replied so now I paid 80 pound and I can’t even wear them!

Clothes look nothing like the photoshopped photos. They offer $5 refund. Cannot understand how they can still be operating.

The dress was 3 sizes too big, so not true to size. Took me 8 weeks to get them to give me a return address, and because it’s China it’s expensive and unlikely to ever get back there. Save your money!!!

Es un completo FAKE! La ropa es de pésima calidad, la tela, el tejido todo está muy mal hecho. Además de eso tardan demasiado (más de un mes) y no te contestan los correos. Pésimo servicio. No compren aquí!!!!

Wouldn't buy anything from this company my clothes arrived I had purchased for a beach holiday and took over 5 weeks when finally arrived the clothing was complete junk the dresses are so short doesn't cover any of your private areas, fabric on all 9 items I purchased shocking, quality well what quality .
I paid over $89 Aud to return the junk clothing back to the company located in China and I returned back in November and it's been a full on fight to get my money back over $200 customer service takes weeks to write back keep stating haven't received which it's been confirmed has by Australia post and I have provided all information but the lies keep coming from this company. If you're thinking of buying don't waste your time and money because you won't get quality clothing or your money back. Nothing A scam and a con

Tried to initiate a refund as good were absolutely no where near the size I actually ordered.
They never responded at all.
If I could give them no stars I would.

- No customer care department to follow up
- extremely long time to receive order if you ever receive
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and so far i dont know when i will receive or where my order is. When i send them a mail its as if an electronic reply comes back with the tracking number of the order that is completely vague to track.
All in all its the most unprofessional site to have shopping from!!!! A complete mistake

If I could rate 0 I would. Completely false advertising of clothes. The poorest quality I've ever seen for $100aud to the point where the printed "patern" IS PIXELATED. When I asked to return and for full refund (as their website says that you are eligible for) I got an email saying that because it will cost me too much in overseas shipping to return, they want me to keep my item and they will refund me $6 of the $100 I spent. Criminals.

Zero Stars would be a more accurate rating. This is a scam. Awful fabric. I wouldnt even buy this rubbish in a second hand store. Beware of brands where you cant make a comment or leave a review. Also always check return policy. Unfortunately when i went to return they dont have one. You cant even cancel order.

I ordered a dress which is continually being advertised on Facebook. haven't received it. No response. Wanted to wear it for my anniversary. Absolutely no way to contact them. I am a consumer journalist and I won't stop exposing them. I'm personally devastated and it's blatant theft.

Very very very bad customer service. Impossible to return clothes which are bad quality! I ordered 3 items, of which 2 i wanted to return. First, they dont offer to return, dont even give address where to return. Instead of refunding me 80$ they offered 8$ and later 12$ to refund and keep their clothes. Seriously??? In which century we are?
Very disappointed… will not suggest anyone!!!

I wish I had done a search but just presumed Insta only promotes decent legit brands. Terrible quality fabric when the description says “linen”. Total rip off and don’t be fooled by the nice pictures.

Same experience as many of the customers below. Cheap fabric, sized incorrectly and when I tried to exchange there was no communication at all. Just canned responses. Total scam.
