Product was great, Accidentally hit apple pay too quickly at check out and didn't realize the 5 pack was also checked. Ended up getting 6. Since I didn't need 6 of them I contacted customer support and they were ever helpful rectifying the situation.

UPDATE: Rowgins issued me a refund. The product I ordered, “Women’s Wide Brim Sun Visor Hat,” is the WORST hat I have ever had the misfortune to buy. I wish Trustpilot allowed photos so I could show how ill-fitting, poorly sewn, and lumpy it is. Ironically, when I went to try to review it on Rowgins.com, I couldn’t even find the item, only on a sort of “shadow” site, m.Rowgins.com—which didn’t provide for reviews! An email to them did not receive a reply. Will never buy from Rowgins again.

Good product and reasonably good service
I placed an order and did receive the product on time and in good order, but there was something extra added to my order which I hadn't ordered. Initially I didn't get much response but eventually I did get very good help from Durian and the charges were reversed. Thank you!

I purchased the hat from this company and received quickly. However it was too big on me and the adjuster was still not enough to make it fit properly. I let them know and they were so very understanding, and refunded my money. This company has great customer service!! The best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with!
