Good customer service
I had made a Trustpilot review about Rowgins and not getting anywhere with customer support. Murphy Bee from Rowgins made contact with me and extremely quickly sorted out my complaint and refunded me my money. No need to send the articles back, but as it wasn’t what I ordered I gave them to my local cancer charity shop. Thank you Murphy Bee for all you help .

Ordered a magnetic fly threader from…
Ordered a magnetic fly threader from Rowgins. The product is not as shown in their ads, wrong size, does not work and they do not respond to any customer service communications. Do not use this company, its a waste of money.
To follow up on the Rowgins support response from my earlier review.
I have sent several requests to customer@rowgins requesting information, and cancelling my order and requesting a refund. Not great service if you can't find anything from those emails. Lastly, the response below is a standard response to complaints and is what I believe to be a delay tactic.

No contact from customer services despite a promise of it.
After writing my previous 1* review I had reply saying that customer services would be in touch to resolve my problem. 48 hrs on - NO CONTACT
It is interesting to see that other people have experienced extra items being added on to their order as that is exactly what happened to me. I thought it must have been some stupid mistake of mine but after reading other reviews this seems to happen frequently. So wish I had read the views before ordering.

This company is a HUGE SCAM !
This company is a HUGE SCAM !! I made the mistake of ordering a gift for my granddaughter back in June of this year (06/13/2026) I have never received it, contacted them 6 times trying to get info regarding the product (location, estimated delivery or at least a tracking number so I could pull it up) the company has totally ignored me everytime until I sent one on 07/06/2026 saying I was turning them in to my bank’s fraud dept. suddenly a little over a day later I finally receive my FIRST responding email from them and they say my order has been already delivered !! 😡😡. IT HAS NOT BEEN !! I told them this, that’s nothing but an excuse to try and cover now where I said turning them in for fraud, now, the company is back to not responding !! Cheaters and Liars will never succeed long term, I hope this company ends up being totally exposed and goes belly up !!

Great customer support experience
I placed an order, and there was a mistake in the quantity. I sent an email to support and they responded within a day and processed a refund. Requesting a refund is not always an easy process. I was very happy with my customer support experience.
