Portable Blender For Daily Smoothies
I purchased the "Portable Blender For Daily Smoothies" for $US99. Not worth $20 even. The blades are so short and the motor so ineffective that nothing I placed into the container was even slightly macerated or blended. Blueberries and pineapple chunks were still intact after blending for nearly 5 minutes. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered one item from this company. At checkout, three more items were added to my order without my consent, tripling the dollar amount paid. I emailed the company immediately to correct the mistake. No response received, AND no items received at all. I was probably scammed. Very disappointed.

This company has very misleading…
This company has very misleading advertising on line. I purchased a dog grooming brush for 40 dollars and when the transaction was complete it showed a charge of 127.00 dollars. When i followed up it became clear that they had added a product package I did not want and did not order. I know because I declined this package twice during the transaction. I contacted the company twice with no response. Do not use this company!!

BS site selling garbage
I unknowingly placed a 2nd order at Rowgins after getting scammed a month prior. In both cases no items were received although I was of course charged. I contacted the seller multiple times and never got a response. PayPal payments were used and surprisingly paypal sided with the seller citing the emailed delivery confirmations. Rowgins is IMO, 100% a scam.

An additional item was charged to my account that I didn’t order.
Somehow I was charged for something that I didn’t buy. Julia was very helpful with canceling my order. She immediately responded to my email request and was very polite. I was very pleased with her quick action. I made the order on May 23rd and she emailed me back Monday morning, a national holiday, at 5:17 AM. The company has a gem in her !!

Just Beware I ordered 1 thing they sent 3 and charged me. I contacted there email right away to cancel no response I have emailed them 4 times to cancel and no response. 3 weeks later I was contacted No phone #. But in the end they gave me my money back and resolved my issue

Place an order for a set (2) of an item. When I got the email confirming my order they had changed the order to include an additional 7 items. Emailed the company to cancel the order and got no response. The original order would have been $32, they bumped the cost to $114 with the extra items.
Terrible company, do not buy from them. Very shady and zero customer service.

Don't order, Rowgins advertising is deceptive
I ordered a kitchen tool (multi-task peeler) that was completely misrepresented in Rowgins online ads (used AI for sure). I ordered it because it had a money-back guarantee. The only way I can see to contact Rowgins is an email request form on their website and a Facebook messenger, tried both neither replied. Their products are terrible and their advertising is ourright deceptive. Combine that with the non compliance of honoring a money back guarantee, do not purchase anything from this company. It also took forever to get my items, and I never received an order confirmation.

I ordered 2 brushes today, when my order confirmation came up it showed 5 additional brushes which brought $100. Tried contacting them, they again sent back the confirmation with a total of 7 brushes. I cancelled the whole order, but it showed up on my credit card.
