We ordered lawn chairs over a month ago and still haven't gotten them. I've sent emails to them but they haven't responded back to me. All we get is that they have been shipped. I sent another email today asking for the delivery company name and haven't heard anything back again. I think is outfit is just a bunch of scammers and are just ripping people off and we are one of them

The item was misrepresented, totally useless. And very unsatisfactory!

I ordered something for $22 and they charged my account for 140 $$never received the product. This is the most shady place do not order from this place at all so overcharge you and then you probably won’t even get your product overpriced. That’s what it is. Don’t do it stay away!

They have charged my bank but have not received any correspondence back from the company. I have written their so called customer service team several times with no response. I placed an order (#5778912) on April 5, 2026, for an 8-in-1 USB-C Laptop Docking Station in the amount of $85.26 which I have not received. On 4/12 I inquired about the sponse on their website. No response. On 4/17 I sent an email for the status. Again no response. Today, 4/24, I filed a complaint with Chase Bank, BBB, and the FTC. To any one who reads this, please do not order from this company. I think they are a scam. They do not ship an order after accepting payment, and they do not have a customer service department that responds to your inquiries. STAY AWAY from Rowgins!

The item I received was not what was…
The item I received was not what was shown on the FB ad. The instructions were written in very tiny letters and not clearly detailed on "How To". I never could get them to work the way the ad showed. Very disappointe and will call my credit card company to let them know. This is probably not the first time they've heard this from credit card customers.

Awful service
Awful service! Ordered product and didn't receive until 4 weeks later! Said they would contact when shipped, never did. Product arrived without what was described as 4 large squishies with the box of 10 small ones. Paid $40 for crap!! They never got back to me after multiple emails.
