I made a purchase of approximately $40.50 and shortly afterwards they charged my account for &399.00. FRAUD

Complete scam. I ordered headphones from them. Said they were delivered after tracking shows it going all over the entire United States. I went to USPS and that is not a valid tracking number. Scam.

I made a purchased and it got lost in postage. I thought it was gone I contacted rowgins and they were very professional and help me get though the issue. And are resending the package again. I would recommend using them can't wait for my package to be delivered thanks again Allen

Stay away from these scammers. No response to email and no product ever delivered; hopefully they will get what's coming to them. Terrible.

Terrible terrible terrible they took my money and never sent me my item and now they’re ignoring my emails. There’s no phone number that I can contact them do not order from them. They are terrible.

Placed my order 13 days ago and it hasn't moved from awaiting shipment.

I've sent 2 emails and got no response. I've had no choice but to file a credit card dispute with Citibank and according to them, this company has HIGH chargebacks due to shipping taking longer than 30+ days and in some cases, people never getting their orders.

I strongly suggest that you don't place any orders from this website. You won't get your product, their customer service is literally non existent, they don't have a contact phone number, so you can't call them.

Avoid this website and company at all costs...unless you like flushing your money down the toilet.

Ordered 2 Flynova Pro flying spinners. Came from somewhere in Minnesota. Did not work. Rowgins website says have to return within 14 days but does not give address for returns. Emailed Rowgins several times. No response.

Do not order for Rowgins, they do not stand by their products.
Been back and forth with Rowgins for a few months and than get you will be charged to return the product.
Received faulty product and I will would be charged shipping on a return, Wow! What a scam!!!

I bought a flynova ball for $30. It only stays on for about two minutes. It’s a piece of junk. This company is from China and they make sure that you pay with PayPal that way it’s an act of Congress to get a refund.

Charged me 4x advertised price in November still haven’t gotten order and no customer service offered

I bought a bracelet from them I was patient and I got it since then I have been sleeping very well. It’s a medical bracelets. I love it, I have been having trouble sleeping since then I don’t allow d bracelet to leave my hand.

Made a order for Christmas
They took my moneys and I still haven’t gotten item
Now they send me text asking for payments on something I have not received and there is no tracking at all
Also there is absolutely no place to reach out to them to get any answers and or my money back for what I have payed

I order a bracelets and it's telling me that there still in costum and it been there since 11/28/25 and they won't answer me at all!!! I have sent numerous emails and no response!!!!!!!! I am really tired of being put off!!! This a big scam!!! I want my refund!!! I am tried of waiting!! for my order that is never going to be delivered!!! This company is a scam!!!!!!!!!!

Rowgins spinners ordered for Christmas. They are cheap and nonfunctional. When I tried to press the alleged power button, the tiny black button punctured my finger. It is that sharp. Never worked. Ended up tossing all in the bin, lesson learned.

Ordered a bird toy that clearly showed it flying out of a box. The bird that showed up does not fly only makes bird sounds when moved my cats don't play with it. I requested a full refund. I received a reply that I coul get a partial refund and won't have to send it back I replied that I would accept that end of Nov. 2025. One month Later and still no reply or refund. Stay away very poor customer service, products.

If I could rate them with a negative number I would. I ordered the device that was supposed to melt the snow and ice on your car (I should have known better) and received a small junkie piece of plastic with a blinking red light that stopped working in a week. I sent them three emails complaining about this piece of junk with no response. I would’ve received better customer if I replied with an email that was sent to outer space. I was responding to their ad that they had placed on Facebook. If you don’t want your time wasted, and your hard earned money stolen, do not buy anything from any company that advertises on Facebook. Do your research of the company beforehand and that will save you a lot of grief.. with that said, I should’ve taken my own advice. They will definitely be getting coal in their stocking this holiday season and a complaint sent to the BBB.

They scammed me. I ordered one bird, as soon as they got the money they took $60 from my account. They have done nothing but jerk me around. Product was sent with a FAKE return address. They won't give me the real return address so I can return their scam.

If I could rate this less, I would. I bought a cat toy that does not work as advertised and I can't get the company's attention even though I followed their request for defective merchandise.
Do not buy!!!!

Waiting for 20 days for my order. Really disappointed that I haven't received it. At this point I would like my money back
