The item I received was not what they advertised. They had me believe the item was big enough to fit my door, and that it was an actual Christmas Bell for the door. It wasn’t, I was so disappointed. I will never order from them again, and will let everyone I know that orders items like I do, to not order from this company. And I am going to blast them on social media.

The climbing Santa was a piece of garbage. It did not climb and the lights broke within one hour of use.
Customer Service did not respond to two requests for a refund. A total scam, do Not bother

Big scammers. Never buy anything.

Do NOT buy from them. All they do is have a vendor in China (likly AliExpress) ship the product to you and pocket a huge profit. It will take a month to arrive. You might as well buy from AliExpress at a fraction of the price for the exact same product. I bought earphones, terrible quality and not what they advertised on Insta. I should have know better.

Just found out today I got scammed by Rowgins. I bought a product from them recently and have not received it. This company doesn’t even have a phone number to call them. Times are tough people don’t need to be scammed by nasty people like this. Trustpiolot is supposed to be reliable but I guess your not.

I was about to buy eye glasses for me. How ever, the advertisement is not theirs, and when I want to check out , suddenly the company name changed!
But why do social media like Facebook and instagram let them do it?

They said my package was delivered and emailed me a b.s tracking report. No delivery was made and I am home all day.
They got me for $50. Not a big loss but a good lesson. Total scam company out of China…

Just like another poster here I ordered the climbing Santa and experienced the same disappointment. It was nowhere near what the website showed and also looked like it had already been returned. I wondered the same thing with the usb connection and how you were supposed to use it outdoors. I contacted them and THEY offered me a $25 refund. This was not as much as I wanted but I would have been responsible for shipping it back. I checked my credit card and they only refunded $14. Subsequent emails questioning why have gone unanswered. Total scam. They let me keep the product but it went right in the trash because it was so bad.

I ordered the Santa on a ladder light set. First of all the advertisement is bs. It shows a long ladder almost to a roof top with the Santa moving up 7 down the ladder. I'm lucky if the ladder is 6' high. The Santa you Velcro to one of the ladder rungs and he does not move. Lastly there is no plug on the end of the cord. It is a USB connection! So how does one plug this in without a special connector?
I just e-mailed them for a refund. This should be interesting!!

My local post office told me the shipping label used for my package was fraudulent. I had to go to the post office and pay an additional $11.30 for postage before i could pick up my order.
Don't like doing any business with shady companies. Will not reorder. Buyer beware

I sent them 3 emails to cancel my order and no one reply my msg. I got no response at at. I want my money back

I have emailed them several times about a problem with my order. On the website they said they would get back within 24 hours. It has been days and no response YET they send marketing emails for me to buy other products. I will be contacting my card company and cancelling the order.

This is a total scam. I mistakenly ordered twice and cancelled within 4 minutes of placing the order (on a Sunday evening). Received auto reply the order had already been shipped. Asked for an RGA to return and got the same auto-reply. Product arrived and is NOT at all what was represented. Repeatedly emailed to get a refund and all I get is the same auto reply that my order has been shipped. I am embarrassed that i fell for this and did not read reviews prior to ordering product. 0 stars, steer clear of this company.

Got message that it was received but it wasn't, got me for $43.99, lesson learned and will review it before buying, pretty sad there's scams like that

I got scammed!!! thank goodness I used American Express so I can fight it! The company just emailed that my order was received! NO IT WASN'T! Do not use this fraudulent company. These were to be Christmas gifts. Glad I ordered early. Now back to the drawing board.

Item not what I expected. Their description was vague & let you think you're getting the item Their ad shows. In small print, you needed to upgrade the order, for more $$. I would be cautious buying anything from them. If you have to return item, you cover the cost

Fraudulent company.. they have many complaints and they’ve been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
They don’t respond to emails or messages. They got me for $27.97.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste. Shipping took one month. When it arrived at my location, they did not include my apartment number so it automatically was returned to sender. Contacted customer service regarding (2) things... First, when I initially ordered, it said "FAST SHIPPING". One month of waiting for a shipment from ChYYYNAA later, nobody told me it would take this long....Maybe fast shipping is one month if you live on the moon, but to me...that. is clearly not fast. Anyway, requested refund but fell on deaf ears as I have not heard back on my second email as of yet....BTW someone did respond on my first email and provided me with redundant information about tracking...ANYWAY...THIS IS A SCAM OR THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER TO BE DOING BUSINESS....REGARDLESS, YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR TWENTYSOMETHING DOLLARS ON A TUBE OF TOOTHPASTE.

Ordered a month ago. Still not here.
I live in NYC and when I tracked my order, at one point, it was in NYC, NOW it’s in Houston Texas at USPS awaiting delivery to address!
WHAT!!?????
I wish I would’ve come here first.
